Agree with you that it was a good balanced episode. Last two weeks were eventful and they needed to slow down a little, that's exactly what they did yesterday. The episode had one beautiful scene and two other apparently trivial scenes which held clues of future tracks.

The best part was the conversation between Jalal and Jodha. I think it was little pompous in the beginning but ended up really well. I was pleasantly surprised with Jodha's dialogues yesterday. Cvs have given her good lines this time. Loved how she reminded him of his legacy, his ancestors who had dreamt of ruling the entire Hindustan and fought all their life to materialize it. How can he let his heart break affect him so much that it makes him forget his goal of life, his duties towards his subjects? It was not his choice to make. Destiny has already chosen him. It's not important whether he wants takht or not, Takhts wants him and only him. Jalal was uncertain about his future, unsure about his competence as a self-sufficient emperor; his achievements so far were not exclusively his own. His Khan baba, Atga khan and his badi ammi were with him like shadow in every step he has taken. His every decision was as much of theirs as of him. Jodha reminded him how he fought his own battle, how he took over the reins of the vast empire at a tender age, how ambitious he was, how brave he was.. Now if he let his heart take precedence over all his other senses, she will have no one else but herself to blame as she is the one who everybody thinks has given him his heart.

I don't know why Hamida begum didn't go herself to tie the taveez on Baxi Banu. Cvs love for obscenity is here to stay. Hated the way Jo slipped and Sharif caught him and his staring at Jo..😡 I thought Jodha was awkward and little irate with sharif for the way he showed his concern to her. Now it's all in the hands of the Cvs whether they want Jo to act like dumb and behave normally with Chaepu or keeps safe distance from him. I so much want the later to happen. Baxi banu was surprisingly tolerable yesterday. Loved the way she said, she doesn't want Jo to step into her hojra again as she doesn't want what has just happened to happen again, she also said that it was not anything to do with Jo but with her husband as he has stooped too low. Saying that I do not have any expectation from BB, women like her can only condemn her husband mildly at home only to be insulted and sullied by them. She will stand by him in public. Sick Women!!! 😭

Ruqaiya was entertaining yesterday. What a wonderful dream she had.. I wish many such dreams for her in future!!! 🥱🥱Well I am okay with Ruqu's antics as most of the time I find them entertaining. We all knew that she would want one of the twin babies for herself. No surprise there. I think Jo will be heartbroken but will accept because the promise made by her husband is her promise too. I wish Ruqu doesn't go complete berserk by asking Jo to stay away from the kid and not let them meet each other. I am afraid she is going to do exactly that.😔

Coming to the episode, it was an average episode for me.Indeed it was a sanket for the upcoming tracks...

I just liked the genuine concern the ladies were having regarding Jalal's state of mind. I loved, that how in these difficult situations of unstable state of mind of the Shehenshah, Hamida Bano has taken over all the authority as a Mallika !!!

I had loved these ladies, Salima and Hamida always, because they are wise and try to handle the situations, in a less complicated way, possible.I loved the way Salima asks Jodha to somehow convince Jalal to take back his responsibilities.😊

Jalal is still under a TRAUMA and he badly needed someone, to uplift his spirits and to boost his confidence. Thankfully, Jodha was the saviour. I liked the concept of potraits (which is quite an old one😉).I understand that the bashan was a bit long, but its okay for me, as far the vamps and villians get lesser space in the episode than the leads😉 It was a treat to watch.😛

At one point or another, we will all need a self esteem boost! And sometimes the motivation will be internal and other times it will be external.😊

This Shariffuddin is such a b******, he not only keeps BURI NAZAR on Jodha but also SLAPS a pregnant woman, who is none other than his WIFE.
