Imho, there is no comparison between the 2...Gandhi was not negative whereas Maham is pure evil...

N as far as personal cost is concerned, Jalal has already paid a very high price in this department...this is total mindless junk from the cvs, imo...

MA is no Gandhari...Gandhari was a pure soul and therefore, her curse mattered; whereas MA, who did nothing else other than doing all sins that Allah has forbidden.

If we want to accept a historical serial about an era more than 400 years ago, we have to accept the importance of curses and Jadu Tona. It was a big part of life then, since they did not have the scientific knowhow to dispel superstitions.

After Akbar was born at Amerkot, his name was repeatedly changed at a young age to ward off the evil spirits.

But the show has been made for & is being shown to a 21st century audience ... NR has been applied to a historical non superstitious fact of the twins' death due to medical reasons...turning it into a superstitious issue...

...so your this argument does not hold ground for me at least...

its all to do with dramatic natkiye rupantar and nothing else! they know and we know what happened in history and now they will link it all to the curse! and will show how both jo and ja will overcome that curse when giving birth to salim maybe that is why he will take jo to salim chishti dargha for salim's birth! and he will be nafarmaan we all know that too!

What kind of sickening NR is this, Cvs???...Do only Trps matter??..What kind of sadist thinking has gone behind this ???? 😲

Dictionary meaning of CURSE:
"A solemn utterance intended to invoke a supernatural power to inflict harm or punishment on someone or something."

So CVS, pray tell me, what supernatural power can a psychotic criminal invoke??? N a punishment here is meant for someone who has done a wrong...what wrong has Jalal done here???...whichever supernatural power will be invoked will ensure that MA is punished in the most brutal way possible..

Here, if at all somebody had to curse somebody, it should have been Jalal cursing MA...NOT vice versa....CVs, you wish to cash in on the Indian superstitious beliefs & hence this Natkiya Roopaantar 🤢. ...

How can u glorify negativity to this extent???...Today's episode sickened me...🤢..terribly...though I'm a total believer of the theory of Karma & a total non-believer of superstitions & rituals...I totally believe that this so called curse is gonna be as true as the sun rising in the west...yet, your thought process & intent to grab eyeballs n hence Trps sickens me...your using the historical fact of the twins death due to illness to glorify MA'S psychotic "curse" sickens me 🤢

Please kill MA asap & try n bring some positivity into the show...for heavens sake, in the era when infant mortality was very high due to lack of scientific advances, please don't make MA gloat that her so called "curse" has killed the twins...it will be highly shameful if you did that...& SHAMful too...

Forum friends, I request you all to ignore today's epi as if it never happened...let's continue to enjoy our show with a positive frame of mind...😃

I am so glad that at least one person is thinking on the same lines as me . I am disgusted with the importance being given to curses in today's day and times . What kind of message is being conveyed to the viewers ------ that curses do work ? A mega sinner herself , BADI AMMI is cursing the very same prince that she once nursed ? Really , this the height of natakiya roopantar .

Thank you very much for a honest and superb post Khushi .

I agree with you Khushi. This episode was almost screeching out that Jalal committed a sin by killing Adhahm and he will pay for his sins by losing his kids...what twisted brains do these CVs possess!

Salim will be nafarmaan, but that was very late in life since he was getting increasingly impatient to have his chance at the throne. Akbar all his life was as fit as an ox, so we can imagine Salim entering middle age, wondering if he will ever be king. The respect Salim had for his father can be seen from his writings.

And what of the immense love that Akbar got from his grandchildren like Khusrau and Khurram.

I know CVs have used kids death in that manner. But curse & blessings r always ther. Like Aswashthama got curse for his misdeeds.
The fact is that god always listens to mother. However MA cannot be called akbar mother because of her wrong deeds but she is the foster mother.
That is the reason it is said tthat u must take blesings from ur parents but never takes curse from them.

N then they had the cheek to actually show Jo going to question a Psychotic MA...😆...that was a most foolish scene I thought...with MA repeatedly ordering Jo to get out...I mean, y does MA warrant this kind of importance???...very ill conceived epi, which will send out all the wrong messages to those thousands of people who are not aware of real history...very sad...
