Divs today was all Jalal - all the way - and Rajat - this guy is living Akbar - and it shows on screen 👏👏👏

Where do I begin - lets start where yesterday ended - Jalal had just heard MA's blathering, which had made it very clear to him that for her he was just a commodity called Power - and the man who had numbed himself of all feelings then slowly emptied himself of all memories and feelings - and in that bloodied state comes to the one who is his key to the land of Faith - the land of Ishq - And all he got here was Fear

Since yesterday I have been only looking at Jalal - what has been happening to him - and today showed me this - when Jalal looked at himself in the mirror - what he saw was the first latch of the lock opening - he then went to the hamam to wash off the blood (this was so very Shakespearean that I had goosebumps all over - reminded me of Lady Macbeth) - and as he screamed he let the anger out of him - this was the second latch of the lock opening - and finally Jalal near Atgha Khan's body - the man who had bottled up his grief let it all out - and with his tears flowed out all his grief - this was the third latch of the lock opening - and then again he hears MA both inside and outside as she speaks to AK's dead body and finally her venom coming out - this let him release the final vestiges of guilt and the final latch of the lock opened - The door to his heart is now open - and he today stands like the empty cup

becoz he is feeling like a commodity - used - by the woman who he considered as his mother - and who constantly reiterated that he was her son - she has commoditised the purest relationship and thus commoditised him - and that has emptied him - he has emptied himself of everything - as of now he has become that empty cup that the Universe can now fill - and that is why Jodha becomes more important here becoz for him she is the key that opened the door to Ishq - and this empty cup called Akbar is ready to be filled with Ishq by my dearest frnd Ms. Kayanat 😃

As for the precap - that was MA in all her viciousness - and EK cashing in on the superstitious Indian Audience - All it did was show MA's real face to all - that she was never loyal - just taking advantage - removes the last vestiges of guilt from Akbar's heart.

sunny, you maybe right there are certain tragedies in life that a person need to face alone but when he came to her hojra why a warrior like jodha who led mirchi war was scared? i could not get the grip of that scene..honestly it did not make any sense..the reactions and actions of jodha were beyond my understanding!

Thanks Sunny ... I am mixed on Jodha ... I did not like her aversion to Jalal and that is where I feel she has a ways to go to embrace Jalal wholeheartedly ... she remembered Jalal's cruelty but seems to have forgotten his pain at the moment

but on the hamaan scene ... I think I reached where you were on this one as I said "And I am not sure, what stopped Jodha from running to Jalal in this time of pain ... or perhaps, she knew he needed to take it all out himself"

i agree mandy ...but then i am in no position to question her also...maybe the sight of jalal in blood that too Adham's may have shook her ...yes she has fought a war and seen gory stuff but then seeing ur husband like that may have taken a momentary toll ..i dunno or it maybe cvs ka grand idea of confusing the audience and then saying yaaay caught you 😆😆 ..

i think jalal himself realized the sight he presented to her ...coz intentionally he would never have come to her in that condition but he was too much in a daze to even realize what he looked like...

divi, lovely as usual! aziz koka the actor needs to work on his acting skills after watching brilliance of rajat and chetan he was not even 10% of it..at least MS can act even though he is so young!..jijianga's cry was not at all convincing..in fact it made me laugh!..the opening with bad actors is not a good idea..overdose of maham was too much to digest! how i wish we could have seen more of jodha consoling jalal at some point..! rajat was excellent in every frame and not to forget how hott he looked☺️..although ashwini was good but i did not enjoy watching her..for me the only scenes that were worth watching were that of rajat and only rajat!

@bold: rightly said. I couldn't believe this guy was playing a son who has just lost his father!!!! Even the actor playing Jalal's bodyguard (missing his name) is a better actor, for that matter aitimat khan also had more emotions on his face yesterday than this guy!
