Eating has to do a lot with your behavior.During ancient times,the saints were only on milk or fruits the reason was such light food takes their mind off from other attractions.
How can we use phrases like " food for thought" and that chicken soup series won't be popular too if there was no mind and food connection

so Divy, are you eating up well to withstand some gut wrenching episodes ahead?

and btw...i'm cuddly by name...but not to look at...my vanity wants to make that clear. I'm very careful with what I eat fish and chips not withstanding. hahahahah

ok, but don't overdo the dieting...we need you with a functioning brain to write some sense about the episodes. Heart isn't enough on its own.

Divi,

Yesterday's episode has me on two minds. Too many things happened too fast, and I am disappointed that one of the most important chapters of Akbar's life was treated as a blink-and-you-miss-it affairs, and idiotic fictional ones get stretched on for months. 😡

A few scenes I liked,

1. Maham - Devoid of surma, she looked wan, and broke down in the jail, what was beautiful, was she rued that she had never loved Adham, next moment she had a vision of a bloodied Jalaal, as a boy, but. A beautiful peek into Maham's psyche, Jalaal may have become Akbar to everyone, but, he remains a boy to her, vulnerable, and in need of her protection, that's why she has never been able to accept his beghums or his changed political affiliations and views.

2. Atgah saab - Even in his death, he was loyal to Jalaal, and the final prayer was touching, though it was dumb that Adham didn't hear the prayer, though Atgah saab was pretty loud. I loved the Jalaal-Atgah conversation and loved their concern for each other. (The wig attached to the turban was cool, and I was surprised that Atgah Khan could fit into Jalaal's old jaama.)

3. Javeda - We always knew what a pure soul Javeda was, but her sacrifice yesterday was touching. How she the exact venue of the Jalaal-Adham showdown is still a mystery. It was chilling to see that Adham Khan didn't even flinch while throwing a dart on her.

A few observations,

1. Agra had a civilian guard as well? Now that's neat.

2. Jalaal casually walked in to Javeda's chamber, was that allowed? Looked a bit inappropriate.

Divi, Jallu said, he never understood women, Jodha is well a different case...😉

Lovely post! You were quite emotional. And had some trouble understanding the Persian verse. Lovely lines! Thanks!👏

Me too a vegetarian.But Dieting is not good atleast for a busy woman like you .You won't face any prob right now but if future def it's a prob

arre today it so happened 😆 but I love vegetarian meals too. Healthier the better.
