I don't think trp aunties have problem with lack of romantic scenes. They love JA due to Akdha. They are addicted to PariJat that this show will go flop if EK replaces paridhi

Even I love JA due to akdha's love...I don't mind if the intimate scenes are not executed well. I can't imagine anyone other than paridhi as jodha

how true...totally agree with you..It is Parijat who has made this show success and not just one of them..

Couple of days ago in Calcutta Times, I read an article about JA serial stating that there will a leap where Salim/Anarkali will be shown.

sweetu rajat's expressions were adorable in those scenes and how i wish we could get such high quality romance between akhda..the last i remember is the 16th of december wala romance, it had no kiss but look how passionate it was..who can forget those hand movements and beautiful expressions of both the actors!

Pari is a very pretty quite talented actress. No doubt. But there are several shortcomings too which are quite glaring.

Take for example her hindi. Everyone in Mahabharat too spoke shuddha hindi. But has it ever jarred? But the 'ph' words as in phal and 'is' starting words as in stree sound totally unpleasant. The tone modulation is totally absent at times and we get a 'speechy' feeling.

And the one foot distant romance is just killing the love story. Either closeness with others should be totally avoided or there should be more passion between the leads. See the comfort level between jalal and Ruqaiya and even Jalal and papita. Now Jodha and Jalal look platonic in comparison or even like siblings.

No wonder Ekta is thinking of leap. But replacement would be a better idea. It will be hard at first but if the actress is talented enough it will soon be accepted. Aren't we used to the nrw ruqaiyya and new moti.

When there is so much to show in the story of Akbar I hope they don't show a leap and they do justice to him at least henceforth and also to his wonderful queen.
