This track has not been to everyone's liking... and I don't think Khyber is helping matters either...This sort of phone backlash was there during Ben kaand too - but they didn't budge from their spot because the TRPs were sky high then! The only bhaashaa the CVs understand is the bhaashaa of TRP! 😊

Also with Benazir, it was the first time - so everyone sat back and watched the unraveling - this time the aunties must be thinking 'Oh another Benazir.. not again!'

MEK..with ben it was different...it happened right after dhakka ..people understood ..and also it was very clear that jalal was riling up jodha and ben was in love with abu the gardener😆 also even with ben the entire track had major jodha jalal scenes ...the trps were stable and climax got them a high...yahaan one minute he is telling how much he loves his jodha and 4 days late rhe is telling he loves papita..and the entire audience are scratching their head ..huh😕😆

although i did not see any jerk in the track..after thursday ..jalal wa forced to tell jodha about it directly and once done his concern was obvious hence it was not suddenly inserted...and this was not planned ..hence he had no time to think over papita because of Jo and now this khyber crap...

channel gets a breakdown of trps but they mostly rely on audience feedback on day to day episodes...

Sunny - I have just chked with my cable waala - there is still problem for those who get their channels thru Hathway - I knw becoz we do and we are only getting Zee since last week and none of Zee's other subsidiary channels - Zee itself has lost viewership and KB has higher becoz of its promos - JA ne promos sahi waale diye hi nahin - till last week they kept giving the KZ waale promos - iss week hi they changed to Atifa - and problem is for Zee as a whole and not just JA.

Only I know how many ISD calls I made to the zee office during Ben track - all waste...

the minute the TRPs came in and was sky high ... his entire tune changed from 'Ji.. ji...' to 'Just wait and watch...we know what we're doing... '

The CVs & channel miscalculated bigtime by stretching this TE suspense track too much, I think. Let s see if more solid clues r given today or tomorrow.

with this atifa thingy - there was nothing to show it's a thriller (supposedly) and made it look like a rehash of the Ben drama... just one 'knowing' smirk from Jalal after Atifa left from his hojra.. or just one suspicious side glance would have done the trick... but the clues were all TOO SUBTLE for the common cooking/dinner-eating audience to catch!

I'm sure TRP aunties would have appreciated an intelligent Jalal who didn't have to yell at his pregnant wife (with no clear reason being depicted as to why he's doing so)

They could have milked this track to it's maximum... remember when the TRPs for JA soared the first time - it was during the MA Ruqs MC kaand

That was when we saw first glimpses of Jalal's shrewdness when he went out to hunt the culprit... that time too he was all charged-up - but his actions were quite clear!

Yeah...the clues were too subtle for many to gauge! And TRPs keep going up and falling down...u can't have rising TRPs always! If this track doesn't make Jalal a moron in the end, I think the CVs have done a commendable job in keeping up the element of intrigue!

Honestly TRP audience doesn't bother about the male lead. If he is loyal to the female lead thts enough for them. Rest they r only bothered about wht the female lead is doing. Sumtime ago sumone clearly told me tht daily soap heros r just there for romancing nd nothing else. TRPs comes bcoz of the female lead only nd also telegraph had clearly reported tht high TRPs r bcoz of jodha. So its clear akbar is not important. He will be just there for the love story. Nd im also sure tht TRPs will increase next week nd people will prove tht only jatifa was the reason of the fall noone had issues with jobar.
