Exactly what I wanted to say after Tuesday's thread but was hesitant as I was unsure how it will be perceived.

Since I've been following Ela's thread, I've seen/felt her as an unbiased critique but bit disappointed to see some responses to some of the comments. I agree everyone has their own POV but defending someone irrespective of their reckless act seems biased.

I'm sure Jalal has/will have no doubts on Jodha. I can see that conviction on his face. It's because he has immense faith in Jodha and her love. I understand he had failed in Sujamal's track but one should remember that Jo was the root cause for that MU and he also repented for that more than enough.

I wish Jodha had shown the same faith in him. Why can't she trust his decision for once and just stay quiet? What was the need to release Khyber going against her husband, risking her own kids' lives? If she feels gratitude towards him, she has already saved him twice.

Has she not thought of the implications of releasing a prisoner? Is she expecting Jalal just to understand and forgive her? Then, isn't she taking his love and being a queen for granted?

I too like JO a lot but don't like her stubbornness, impulsiveness and over confidence that she is always right.

I'm one amongst the people who believe in Jalal's love and that he is only pretending. Having said that, I can also understand the reactions of those who believe that Jalal is really attracted to Atifa. However, what I fail to understand is Jo being justified just because Jalal is wrong and the comparisons who are more wrong. Also, I'm surprised at how Khyber's love (?) is even being compared with Jalal's love for Jodha or considered greater than Jalal's.

Hope Ela you wouldn't mind my comments as a follower of your threads.
