Your theory is quite possible. It might explain why Jalal has not told the truth with Jodha and hurting her too as he knows Ruqs has spies everywhere. He feels attracted to atifa due to the drink Ruqs gives him and that is why he wonders in self talks. Later he overcomes and plays along. Hence the smirk that 'Ruqaiya sent you to me?'. Also that is why they haven't shown us atifa-ruqaiya convo as they showed ruqs-ben convo. That is also why Jalal goes to Ruqaiya and complains to her about Jo so that she may think that her plan is succeeding. Ofcourse Ruqs will use her wish that Jalal will not let her name to anyone and not expose her at all.

I have been going thru this track numerous times in my head now...Sometimes I try to think logically about all the sequences and fail ...then I start thinking about why Ekta - a smart business woman would ruin a show that has been termed as an EPIC love story and when Akdha have become so so popular as Jodha and Akbar...She will definitely NOT...So where is the catch😊

The one thing that all of us have noticed is that Jalal changed 360 degrees towards Jodha after the hamam scene...Also we all have questioned how Atifa can enter Jodha's hamam (especially after security was upped for her as told by Jallu the previous day)...Maybe Jalal took the cue from here that there is someone within the palace who is helping ---- I THINK THIS THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRACK...FINDING THE CULPRIT LURKING INSIDE THE PALACE FOR THE SAFETY OF JODHA AND BABIES...

We are also unanimous in the fact that Jalal is giving confusing expressions (ESPECIALLY WHEN JAJO SCENES ARE THERE) and mouthing all the lovey-dovey dialogues to Atifa that he has mouthed to Jodha once...SO SOON, SO FAST...We also need to remember that Akdha love story has so far been more of a soul connected, emotional love story where both Jalal and Jodha have gone out of their normal way to display their love for each other...I THINK THIS TIME IT IS JALLU...

The sequence of events that you have mentioned is very very possible Maddy...Self-talk in hojra and touching Atifa when she was beaten by her husband (which Atga noticed) has something to do with RUKU's drink...But the other lovey-dovey scenes with Atifa are his own plans to fool all...If we think carefully, jalal didn't tell Jodha about the hunting trip with Atifa...Maybe wanted to avoid the emotional stress for her...His not looking into her eyes can also be the fact that he has to withhold the information from his beloved, which is difficult for him and he is feeling guilty for that...But I don't think it is Ruku alone...MC...I am still not sure about Nigar (remember she once served Jodha)😕

IN THE END I AM SURE, JALAL WILL BE REDEEMED, HIS ACTIONS WILL BE JUSTIFIED AND WE ALL WILL BE HAPPY...WE MIGHT HAVE A LOT OF FLASHBACKS AND CONFESSIONS IN THE END...BUT DURING THIS TRACK AND PERIOD, A PREGNANT JODHA IN PARTICULAR WAS PUT TO EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL STRESS WHICH CANNOT BE NEGATED AND JALAL (MATLAB CVS) TOOK A BIG RISK WITH THAT...I AM DAMN SURE CVS WILL ALSO SHOW SOME FALTU REASON WHY JALAL DIDNT REVEAL THIS PLAN TO JODHA SO THAT WE ALL WILL BE SHANT...STILL...COULDNT THEY THINK OF SOMETHING BETTER🥱...ATILAL IS TORTURE..🥱...JODHA GETTING HURT CONSTANTLY IS ALSO NOT A GOOD IDEA🥱...PLUS A LOT OF LOGICAL QUESTIONS HAI MERE PAAS...WHICH NEVER GET ANSWERED IN ANY TRACK🥱...
