Atifa entering hamam and Khybar entering Queen's bed chamber is not at all one an same...Atifa can only be questioned...but Khyber's death sentence is right...we are dealing with gender here, Aatifa a woman entering harem is no way comparable to Khyber a male enter harem, Queen's chamber to say the least.

Khyber may not harm Jodha but he definitely will kill Jalal if he blocked him towards Jodha.
