The part about historicals FFs on IF, the point is they already exist and claim to be actually historical. But no one reports or complains against them. It is the actual authentic stuff which is targeted. Also freedom of dicussion occurs only for a select few on JA forum. Rest have to do with DT notes and locking of threads.
