Now, we all know the reason for jodha's kindness towards khyber and why did she apply that medicine on his wounds. So, obviously jalal will be irked with her behaviour and shout on her and may be upset and then he may listen to atifa's songs for peace of mind ignoring and avoiding jodha, so jodha will be upset, then after some time, jalal may realise that there must be some reason for jodha's kindness towards khyber and also realises that he was too rude on his beloved and pregnant wife.
