True Dush.. I have one more doubt.. when they are so interested in showing Ruqaiyya, why don't they give her an extra pair of dress.. same dress, same jewellery.. I'm getting tired watching her

Dush I liked Ruku's scenes. ...I may not approve of many of her actions but I realise that she is an important part of the show. ...last scene was terrific due to Lavina's superb acting. ..it showed other side of the coin. .the other face of life of women in harem. ..

I agree with you that jalal and jodha should be given more screen space. ...

Plus the forum does not represent entire India's view. ..Out of the forum i find so many people like to watch Ruku. ..

Most human beings like to watch good triumph over evil. They keep watching daily soaps hoping that one day the protagonist will be able to see through the chaals and the antagonist will be punished. No such luck with JA. The show makers cant get over their kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu success( i cant claim that i hv watched that show but hv read a lot abt negativity being used as a factor to increase viewership) JA trps fell after TM track...why? Because it was a disgusting concept. People hated watching an honorable man being insulted like that... the real one who walked on planet earth had an untarnished reputation...even, the trp audience who watch the show for just Jo and Jalal and their love story were disappointed by the portrayal of their favorite characters... Usually, they butcher one character to glorify the other. This time they butchered both. Who wants to see that? The show makers took their success for granted. No matter how good looking the vamp/ villian is , the viewers can only take so much. If we see the actors playing Ruk, Nigar, MA, Adham or even the one eyed AM at a party, we'll probably give them a second look...but not on TV...where we hv the option of watching Marilyn Monroe, Brad Pitt, Katrina Kaif and Hritikh Roshan anytime we want.
I prefer watching a good looking positive character over a good looking negative one. Not sure what is their reason for giving so much importance to Ruk, Nigar or MA...I too hv read the behind the scene stories...not sure what to believe ...and to be honest, I stay away from commenting on actors, and dont care how close an actress is to the director or the PH...if she is an eyesore...she is an eyesore...period. People watch the show hoping to see JJ...together preferably. The show makers use JJ's popularity to push the negative characters( or the actors )down our throat...As soon as the trps start slipping they focus on J or/and J to bring up the trps...I am eager to see how long can they get away with this...they certainly succceded in making the actress playing Ruk a star( so I hear)...why not...She gets the best directed scenes...they focus on her inner feelings, he pain, her blah blah blah...What Jodha gets is irritating and repetitive kartavya and hum Rajvanshi hain dialogues(God, what do they have against Rajvanshis?...I don't know... Ruk and MA are more irritating characters but are not asked to mouth " hum Mughal/ musalmaan hain"...so no one bashes Mughals but the poor Rajvanshis become a victim of biased and lazy EK script writers/ dialogue writers/ director...I can't blame the bashers...who can stand this repetitive and unnecessary Rajvanshi chant? ...all I know is the real ones did not deserve this portrayal or bashing)...the mughal characters are certainly more irritating...but has anyone on the forum bashed the clan/ religion...NO...several reasons...if I mention them here, the thread will be closed right away( we are Indians...being secular is fashionable...remember😉. )
Going back to Rukaiya...I don't know why she is given so much importance and screen space... or maybe I do..but don't want to write it out of civility...I certainly do not want to disrupt the dignity of this forum. I don't need to... all intelligent viewers know the real reason behind it.

As I said in many posts, the only reason I watch JA now is due to Akdha (PariJat being Akdha). I would like to see Akdha winning over evil but that is rarely shown in this show. All the time, Villains are shown smarter than our protagonists which is annoying.

I just don't understand why can't makers show more scenes of positive characters than negative characters. I love Akdha but I am not saying that only show them because other positive, grey and negative charatcers are also important. But, rather than showing repetitive MA, Ruq, MC scenes, why can't we have Maan Singh, TM, Atgah and his wife, Salima, Rahim scenes more? I had written in one of the post that ratio should be Akdha (solo and duet)- 50%, positive characters (30%) and negative/grey characters( 20%) OR along these lines.

I don't get it why does Akdha get same repetitive dialogues filled with hunar, rajvanshi, kartavya etc. Don't get me wrong I used to love it when Jo used to speak of being rajvanshi and about kartavya and there is nothing wrong of being proud of where u r from but now it's getting repetitive. I used to love when Jalal used to say "yeh hunar bhi aapka kamal ka hain, Jodha begum! I used to swoon over it but now it's misused and inserted anywhere. I am at least glad that "Aap Yahan" is out of Jodha's dialogues now. It Used to irritate me so much.

CVS and dialogue writers really need to create fresh and different dialogues for them other than with same old overused words.

I hated Benazir track (was worst track) and false accusation on TM was 2nd worst track.

Ruqaiyya or any support character gets centre stage and u see trp fall badly remember her FP track trp hit qas bad plus jj forgiving her
I don't know why no actually I know why but I don't felt any pain for her cvs have rKen her character to level where I can't feel her pain at all coz I know she never try to overcome she always fall in them
yesterday also was so no need of two scenes ine was enough but directors excess love for character
mirror scene was good on technical parts but then how many times gave to see this
we never got jodha jalal turmoil there inner strength powrs but ruqaiyya we get on constant
I also can give cvs saying she is third lead or whatever still show is abt jodha akbar feeling not ruq bek rants
trp will boost with logical akdha like last week not with glorify ruq

I liked her acting as well and the scene. As you rightly put it, it showed the other side of being a begum and part of a harem. I am sure Jodha felt the same as Ruqu did today when Akbar's other wives were pregnant even though this soap is about Jodha and Akbar's love and will not dwell on Akbar's other progeny. The pain of a woman sharing her love, her husband, with another woman was well portrayed and I liked the fact that Jalal took time to visit Ruqu and reassure her that she still meant a lot to him and that his baby would still address her as ammijaan. History does testify to that, Salim was as dear to Ruqu as to Jodha and Jalal of course entrusted Shah Jahan's entire upbringing to Ruqu. His understanding of his wife's pain makes him a better human being and Ruqs never did lose her standing with him ever. So scenes about or with Ruqs are an integral part of the story for me.
