Today, I knew Jalal would be freed and back to base camp ... However, I did not expect too much action today from him ... Yes, his fighting spirit is back as the "zakhmi sher" to a certain extent though Jodha-Jalal still seem mixed on their anger on Nigar ... Seriously, I don't think the CVs know what they are doing with Nigar 😕

Before, I get to the precap debate ... want to walk you through the episode as I saw each of the characters:

(1) Jodha: I liked the various forms of Jodha today

- Her angry rage at Nigar ... (Which changed to a - I didn't shed her blood with Jalal ... I am not sure why)

- Her relief at having Atgah Khan enter with reinforcements

- Touched at the miracle of Ruqaiyya praising her

- Her happiness and relief at seeing Jalal back and resting her shoulder on him ... Very simple, husband-wife moment but touching 😳

I cannot be mad at Jodha for the weakness of Jalal ... That is the CV's fault who do not realize a strong woman, looks even stronger in the company of strong men.

(2) Atgah and the soldiers to the rescue: It was great to see Atgah arrive with reinforcement and the teamwork of both the men and women in defeating the enemy. 👏

It made it more realistic as well, given Nigar had arrived with reinforcements as well.

(3) Maan Singh: The Navratan is finally emerging ... He successfully defeats Raja Ramachandra, spots the spy and finds out Jalal's spot of captivity ⭐️

Liked his entry hitting the arrows from the back ... And he got his share of punch dialogues too.

I am glad Maan Singh is getting more dialogues and screen space, finally! He needs the practice if he is going to be a Navratan. 😉

(4) Todarmal in action: Loved to see an angry Todarmal charge to stop Abul Mali and wield the sword. Don't forget I am the president of the Todarmal Fan Club. 😆

Oh why oh why, did they again have to show Todarmal lose to Abul Mali and close to death again? Oh ya, so Abul Mali kill MahaC some day. Okay, that is worth it! 😉

Loved the bromance , care, and concern in the hug between Todarmal and Jalal! 👏

(5) Jalal is returning: I am glad he is not captive and tortured anymore. He did not have much action to do in the war today but attack the one soldier to prove to us that his strength was still in there somewhere

... so he did the next best thing which was appreciate the efforts of his people whether it was Maan Singh to placing the injured soldier on the stretcher. 😆

Guys, his recovery will be slow ... Give him time. I know after the Ben track we had given up all hope but he recovered.

I feel like saying "Bhimaar hai bechara" and do a "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" type Gandhigiri protest till the CVs bring him back! Who is with me? 😉

Oh yes, and the precap.

Before we get to the precap, I think the war is still not over ... That is why Jodha has not shared the pregnancy news with him yet. So, I am praying and hoping Jalal returns to the war front!

And now the precap ...

I could make the excuse they didn't show the precap in the US ... But I will not ...

The good news:

- Jodha does deserve praise for what she did ... I mean seeing Jalal's distraught look at seeing the harem tents destroyed you could see what all has Jodha saved for Jalal and the Sultanate! How much it means to Jalal!

- Ruq's continue to smile genuinely as Jalal praised Jodha in public ... Now that is the acid test if I ever saw one 😉

- The CVs want to show a woman getting the praise she deserves in a world of men (and of course the dialogue writer was OTT to emphasize it)

- It is completely in the show Jalal's character to give everyone praise ... Particularly Jodha

- And if that didn't work to cheer you up, precaps have been misleading in the past. 😆

I hope that Jalal praises the others who helped on the war and appreciates their effort as well.

A few funny observations:

- After mirchi ... Abul Mali has found the next effective weapon, mitthi 😉

- I know there have been some jokes on why both Nigar and Jodha stopped fighting on seeing Atgah ... While it may seem that they were staring at Atgah's looks but Nigar realized she had lost advantage and fled ... How convenient to drag the track!

- After the harem was destroyed, they came up with new replacement tents quite quickly ... That is impressive. Jodha looked pretty comfy.

- 30 hours of torture ... And Abul Mali couldn't even get that right. And one spa sitting and Jalal is looking fresher than ever ... I want that spa treatment after watching this show! 😆

- I don't know why this occurred to me ... But the precap scene reminded me of SRK's dialogue from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai that a man bows before three people: his mother, Mother Goddess, and his wife. The CVs have taken this romantic hero a script a bit too seriously, no? 😆

Take it in light humor ... This is a tv show at the end of the day ...

So, thoughts on the take and the episode?

Hello Divya, Welcome to the US EST time zone. This is luvbarun4ever, i had to create new account because i am not sure what was the issue but i had some login problems and I also decided to take a break from posting on the forum since you were gone, it was getting no less than a war zone.

I am so glad you are back with your take 5. I have to admit one thing, with out reading all the views and opinions, watching the show made it much better. I loved all the last week and this week's episode except today's. Today's episode was okay, yes there were some bloopers and Jalal was limping, but the war is not over yet. I am very sure they will show Jalal scheming and plotting to win the war.

CV's are playing safe with nigar, she will be forgiven hence Jodha had to say that she did not want to harm her. I wanted her to kill that nigaar/shenaaz . she is beyond redemption.

My spirits are low, seeing Jalal today helpless and weak.

What I found hilarious was that Jo and Shenu had started to fight and they suddenly stopped looking at Atgah.Jo was happy for help arrived but even Shenu seemed happy .If you look properly they were looking at Atgah so admiringly as if he was Brad Pitt orTom Cruise.They totally forgot their fight.

Atgah got the biggest moment of his life ,two young women admiring him.

As the President of TM club you should be proud of him. I too loved the TM and Jalal hug. Ruks praising JO, loved it. I felt it was genuine and chalo I have forgiven Ruks..:):)

Shenu, should be caught and CB Kahaan Gayab hain..I too strongly think the war is not over yet and we will see the strong Jalal. I have full faith. Does Jalal know or have a clue to JO is pregnant, because he mentioned about how he wanted the annewala shehenshah to be proud of his Mom

Loved Akdha scenes today and in the Precap I loved Akdha expressions and will leave it here with the Precap. It will be played out differently tomorrow and is good to wait and watch

Loved your discovery of Abul Mali new weapon..

Ah. Such a refreshing air of positivity and cheerfulness you bring to the forum divya... welcome back from the core of my heart.

Coming to the episodes through the week, i have enjoyed each one with or without the problems. And yesterdays was no exception. Liked all parts in the epi.

I do think the war is over. But jodha gets kidnapped by gorilla man today (another bait for the shehenshah to fall into). In the middle of this turmoil as to whether jalal shd be in pursuit of his begum or shd he allow atgah and company to do the needful, moti bai may spill the beans of jodha being pregnant! Tada... in front of all and sundry. Tada... drama for you.

Guess what... i will quite enjoy this as well.

You could really pick out a 5.⭐️👏

Jo did deserve to be praised for her bravery and motivation. Jalal would have lost his entire family had she not withheld them from drinking poison and inspired them to fighting.

But shouldn't she have praised others for co-operating with her as well. After all she couldn't have achieved anything alone. Not a word of appreciation from Jalal to anyone else later too - his own Ammijaan salima ruqaiyya. Even javeda resham and other begums who were unaccustomed to warfare proved their mettle.

As you said the captain does deserve the major credit. Jodha too did. But every captain also praises and thanks his teammates for the victory. But not here. On retrospect the entire war seems to have been designed by the cvs to sing Jodha Chaalisa as is happening track after track.

Atgah was having a toast day.😆

What happened to Toddy divi?😭 Couldn't stand against mali who was brought to the grounds by our girls. Itna weakling hai kya?

Abul Mali's new weapon is also interesting. Raksha can show reactions about that too in UN assembly. 😆

Zakhmi sher Khatarnak hota hai...🤣...did you see any khatra for anyone anytime divi?. He had a spa sitting, was glowing like the new face of lux and was wandering in the khemas aimlessly and as usual apologising to Jodha.( Btw seems that all that brown color on his face at Abul Mali's place was multaani mitti and the red was some fruit extracts. Add a hotwash treatment and you get a glowing face). Tomorrow he will bow and salaam and a sashtaang namashkaar too perhaps and place his sceptre at her feet.

High time he takes up VRS and leave his sultanate to the care of his great begums led by his greatest begum and instead open a beauty salon for men.

The part upto man singh rescuing jalal was well done. Not ott. Not melodramatic. Ms was jalal's courtier rescuing his king. Even his R dialogue was apt in the situation and was impressive. The tm jalal part was also good. But that was it. Looks like sv took a break after that.

The mysterious z man had promised tedapan from jalal. The only tedapan we saw was his limping walk.

Divya, if I will say sumthing then people will say Im against strong jodha. But the truth is jalal was not only shown a weak emperor but also a weak warrior just to glorify jodha. Jodha fought nd won very gud, jodha got credit bcoz she deserves it but in order to give jodha the entire credit jalal was put down very badly. Evrything was forced nd OTT. 2ndly, no doubt jodha deserved credit for motivating but in return she nd even jalal should have giiven the credit to the entire harem as well bcoz in the war all of them were as gud as jodha. Noone is taking anything away from jodha but if to glorify one other is made spineless nd totally without any action these questions will arise. The motto of showing jalal captive is clear. Nd if it was a "hari hui jung" then wht about adham khan, mirza nd others who fought the whole night? Im srry this track was a limit. CVs could have really kept jodha's warrior skills as a seperate issue but involving jalal so badly really left a bad taste. Evryone loved to see jodha nd other woman fighting but to show tht CVs should have taken sum other way, it shouldnt have been like this.

yup, that made my funny observations too ... Except the sole purpose was for the CVs to give Nigar an exit opportunity so they can figure out what to do with her 😆
