here i agree with u that writers of d movie handled both characters beautifully & equally that lacks in d show.

i have no problem with natkiye rupantars as long as they do not change the character of the real person and do not bring inconsistencies, look at jalal's character one day he is shown all in control the next day he has no clue what he is doing or what has happened...hail jodha is done because majority of the shows are going by the theme nari shakti mahaan..but here we are talking about akbar and that takes the flavor away which otherwise would have been a beautiful serial if handled carefully!

Undoubtedly Ash. She has queenly grace and doesn't sound like an NGO chief most of the time. She lent the character of Jodha a touch of class.

Ash was undoubtedly perfection personified in the film...One of my all time fav films, as I am a big fan of both the leads of the film ...

...having said that, I can totally understand fans of PS who love her more as Jodha, because, honestly speaking, the beholder's verdict ought to be final 😊

when i watched the movie ash looked beautiful as princess . paridhi too looks beautiful as princess .
but ash character has the grace of royal rajput princess .
but i do not compare movie and tv serial .where movie consists of couple scenes made in 2 yrs time
and it was made for all audience across india for all audience .

but ekta ja is a daily serial which is being made to fit in to the formula which works for trp audience .

ekta's jodha does not have the grace or charm of princess .

i wish jodha akbar was made in to a bi weekly or fixed short 100 episode finite series where we would have gotten to see the good story with good characterisation keeping the charm of 16 th century royal etiquette

ash wins more than paridhi for me for her characterisation

Keeping characterizations apart, no doubt both are beautiful, but I will go with paridhi!
Ash was a perfect Jodha for hrithik and Pari is a perfect Jodha for RT!

Of course. I am no big fan of Aishwarya Rai. But you cannot deny that in the film she looked simply royal in every sense of the word. It isn't a question of 3 hours or 300 episodes. Even in the 3 hrs Ash portrayed Jodha as an intelligent graceful and determined queen. In all the 300 hours here we don't see a touch of queenliness.

Both Hrithik and Rajat look royal. Hrithik soft and Rajat tougher, yet both of them have the an aura of an emperor. The characters are portrayed differently. Yet both look kingly.

Charm class grace...these are things you can't define. It simply has to be there. Madhubala's smile, Meena kumari's voice, Zeenat's urban touch, Amitabh's persona, Rajesh Khanna's face, Aishwarya Rai's Jodha, Hrithik's Akbar, Rajat's Jalal...😊
