Its most probably a dream for Jodha.

Or may be she is pregnant which eventually may lead to abortion. Because, as per history Adham, Maham, Atgha, Sujamal - all of them were dead before Jodha became pregnant and if you remember she lost her first born twin chidlren 😒 and Salim was born few years down the road.
