Actually i felt pity for Akbar when Jo was giving her bashan of how he should treat his sister??
If i were Akbar she would have got 2 slaps(16th century 2 slaps is very less this is by 21st century standards) and really angry lecture for bringing a stranger in mahal despite me saying leave her back. And i would have added this time i am keeping quiet because that stranger is my didi but next time i shall not accept you ruling over me and doing whatever you want. I am head of family and what i say should be adhered too. Would not all our father's do the same if we did the mistake Jo did?
Here Akbar has no father so he is head of family and wives cannot disobey him just because he is same age as them. When entire mughal sultanat can listen and obey him as a 20 year old king why cannot the wives listen especially Ruqaiah and Jodha?
