After watching today's great revelation of Shenaz being Nigar, Jalal's elder sister and the way the scene was enacted i have finally concluded that we viewers are expecting a lot.

Actually Akbar's life is worth a PHD thesis and more but we are expecting that to be shown on screen.

Its like a KG class student trying to write an autobiography of Akbar

Hence the best viewers can do is keep their expectattions very low and i have made mine really low.

Even by my low standards today's episode did not meet expectations

I mean if i imagine i am Akbar and i meet my long lost sister whom i never met for 25 years in my life and that some mad girl staying in my house is that sister what will i do?

Definetly i will be happy, then sad at what she has become, then try to remove her misunderstanding if everything fails atleast make sure she does not hurt anyone and of course that she herself does not get hurt. Any sibling will do only that.

But not the CVs Akbar - he was standing like a dumb statue no reactions, no emotions nothinggg nothing at all. And instead he says he will finish her off 😡 Jalal i know your sister is bad but i expected you to be good. Does jodha need to tutor you how to treat your sister and family members. In that case you are not fit to be even a kotwal forget an emperor. All these are basic reactions of humans. Will any brotherr react like this to his long lost sister?

The less said about CVs Jodha the better. But she talks a lot like Shenaz said without it having any meaning or being practical.

And tommorow innocent Rahim will be carried away by Shenaz and Mah chuk will use him as ransom to hurt Jalal both on and off the battle field

And finally Shenaz herself will become a captive and Jodha will go to rescue all like Robin Hood and come back triumphant and all her follies and grave errors forgotten not even forgiven till another stupid track comes back to show her mahanta

Forget about an apology to Todarmal or for hurting jalal or putting Rahim at risk etc

And Jalal the least said about his management and intuition skills as emperor the better because there are none. If the charcater decipted is of an emperor i dread the condition of citizens and the empireee

And the mughal soldiers the most feared, dreaded and well oiled ruthless force that strike fear in heart of even friends forget enemies they just stand like statues and do only one order at a time. If jalal says run after Shenaz they will run but not catch her

i will differ a bit, he cant be happy at tht point of time bcoz shehnaaz had kidnapped jodha at tht point of time. if ur sister kidnaps ur wife or had tried to kill ur son initially no brother would be happy. & the killing dialogue was just an angry moment, he had cared for his family infact he had even pardoned people like abul mali for his sister so he wouldnt have killed nigar, even if jodha tutor was not there.

i understand but that scene was not natural not the way it happen if real

jodha tamely held her hands back for her to tie and sat down

jalal tamely standing not telling his view

Now atlaeast will he search Chand begum in his prison??

ya in this case i agree. jodha being a gud warrior cant do anything is not believable. as per jalal goes shehnaaz could have killed jodha but still he have made a move. but as per the scene goes jalal cant be happy in tht scene, so his expressions were perfect. as per chand begum goes he was trying to search & regarding the hidden prison he wasnt aware of tht place. only HB saw tht place. i wonder why HB didnt said anything about maham going into the jungle??? she convinently. forgot tht.

I have a feeling that Ekta has transferred some of her technical staff to the new show on COLORS to get it running. Very soon they will come back and then we will see an improvement in quality of the show. Till then nothing to do but grit your teeth and hold on.
