Every dreamer, achiever, builder, thinker, creative has a muse - for Akbar perhaps this muse was Jodha - And a muse inspires - it does not change - change comes from within and not without - agar EK yeh samajh jaaye toh she has the ability to come up with gr8 stories.

The problem with Indian TV serial makers is that they have not yet realised the power of writing - the power of script and screenplay - which can make a mundane, pedestrian story become the toast of the town. Wish someone realises this and applies it soon.

As for me, I actually left TV thanks to EK and her K-shows, and this is the 1st EK show that I am watching (started from Sept 2013 infact) and am sticking to the show only becoz of Rajat the actor.

adi, tune mere dil ki baat keh di..i quit serials after 6 months because the juice of the story is squeezed in those months the rest is just a drag, but this is the only show that has hooked me just because of rajat as a performer and not rajat as jalal of lately..if it was some other actor kab ka goodbye bol chuki hoti..! and you are right the script is faulty..the scenes do not have the life in them they look too mechanical these days! and the characterization is weak on top of that!

So much so that I could not believe my eyes and ears when Jalal did not give us a rehash of that speech of his in the Wednesday scene when Jodha first and Hamida later, praise him effusively for the title Akbar. I thought it was a dead cert for inclusion, and I was SO delighted when he did not spout any such nonsense.

It is not just that, as Ela puts it, the equation between the leads is all wrong. It is that, of course, but it is also that, individually, BOTH Jalal and Jodha have been badly shortchanged and watered down to the point of inanity.And of course it feels much worse wrt Jalal, for he was after all one of the greatest rulers of all time.

divi so true these questions have been haunting us since tasneem track but things have been getting from bad to worst..no wonder lots of jalal lovers and who truly loved akbar the great left after tasneem track..and we are here the left overs just to watch rajat's brilliance but till when...!
