What Ela wrote perfectly yesterday, it was based on power games, revenge and arrogance - on negative things. So when Jalal started changing Ruk had really nothing to hold him to her except his habit of her and friendship.

Even till recently Jalal shared every feeling with Ruk. Remember the night before when Jodha is to come back to Agra then also Jalal told her how excited he was. Jalal had told Ruk openly when he started to think of Jodha also as his friend.

We blame Jalal for not talking openly with Ruk - but maybe he always felt that she as his best friend knows him best. When he had not even confided his love to Jodha, how can he to Ruk?

Jalal as Ruk's husband never did anything wrong - he always gave her whatever she wanted in excess. In fact he pampered her.

The only thing wrong he did was he had such extreme loyalty and affection for her that he hid every bad act of hers. He did tell her he does not like her lies, her pettyness many times. If Jalal had punished her earlier then Ruk would not have dared to do this - or would she? His telling her do not do something never stopped her!

I don't get this that Jalal changed but he did not sort of take Ruk with him! He always explained his behavior or decisions to Ruk.

She also had positive influences around why did she choose to believe only MA? Jalal went to wars Ruk used to be with HB, GB, SB also why then she chose to follow MA?

In that case why does the same not apply to Jalal? That he also had influence of MA & BK but when he got positive influence of Jodha in his life it is to his credit that he changed.

Ruq's character wasn't butchered. She was always a bully and arrogant lady. Also, a little disillusioned from the starting. Her relations with Jalal weren't ever romantic to begin with. Even before Jodha's coming, Jalal and Ruqu didn't used to spend entire time in each other's hojra. Ruqu had to still ask for his time. She had to use her farman to make Jalal spend time with her 😕

In one of the starting episodes, Ruq (Smiley Suri one) was getting herself checked for pregnancy. In the background we hear some harem ladies talking that this monthly check-up is useless as Jalal doesn't have time for her. This was much before Jodha came into their lives.

Ruqaiya and Jalal never had a love story. Toh usko break karne ka koi matlab hi nhi hai 😕

We saw in this track even Ruq's pregnancy didn't stop JJ romance. This track was just to show downfall of Ruq and her jealousy at it's worst. JJ love doesn't need to be justified, it is too evident and deep to be affected by anything 😳

I feel every person is responsible for his/her own actions...During his/her lifetime, every person meets, gets influenced (good or bad) by several people and the growth of a person depends on how he/she wants to get influenced, how/she wants to be...its in each person's hands...the actions/reactions/decisions one takes should be one's sole responsibility ...No other person can force it on you ...If there is external force used, still one is free to think about what is good and bad and the consequences...Blaming others is the easiest way to defend but self-retrospection is the best way to grow...that is why Ruku stays where she is and Jalal grows...😊...Thoda alag he tangent pe gayi mein...Bear with it, as I normally don't let it out😆
