This was from a time when the Khan brothers were busy mining the lives of heroic historical figures for their serials. Tips Sultan had just been completed and Akbar Khan could not resist the temptation of casting himself as Jalaluddin Akbar in this new serial.

I have seen this serial before because it was shown in my country's national TV channel in the year of 98/99 when I was a little kid. I remember it well but forgot bout jodha in it. I knew that Akbar had serial before it was made movie n now ekta's show. Obviously parijat is the best n can't be compared to anyone else. For me parijat is the perfect Akdha n even we get more jj serials in future, still I will say that they r best Akdha.

Good to know we had this JA tale before the movie and before Ekta's show incarnated it on the television. As said before many times, this is not a modern creation.. Their story was always present. Will watch this for sure.

Lol...Their story was there before as well. You must have seen it NOW, "again". Rofl..Read some comments...So, Here also Jalal says he is mesmerized in her love.. :p

Though the show is solely about Akbar, their marriage and love life does hold a lot of importance. Saw only a few epis but could see that they have devoted a considerable amount of time to it.

They also praised each other's hunars 😳 Jalal shown in JA is not EK's Jalal, Akbar is portrayed that way in other adaptions too.
