Jalal is escalated, he just can't believe what just happened.Thr Hakim said that Jodha is Pregnant. He was on cloud 9. Did this just happen with him? He remembered the profound and sensual love making with Jodha and knew that this time it's true. He jumped at her reaction, looked at Jodha who was lying on the bed and had a tear in her eye. He kissed her forehead and said" did you hear this jodha begum, hum akhtalik bane wale hain aur aap ami jaan. Hume vidhwas nahi ho raha" jodha said " yes Shehanshah" Jalal started crying, no one knew if those tears were happy or sad. He had recently learned that Ruk was faking pregnancy, the death of Atgah and now jodha pregnant. Too many things happened in his life in the past 24 hours. Jodha noticed his tears and requested hakima and everyone to leave them alone. It was just Jalal and Jodha. She looked at him, who was still shredding tears. Even she didn't know what he meant, she asked him " are you okay? He said " are you crazy? I'm more than okay, I'm super happy, you're pregnant my love. And I hate to admit it but I really from the bottom of my heart wanted you to become " Mariam-us-zamani. And Allah has granted my wish. I can't be more thankful Jodha. And requested her to please not think any shit, he's totally fine. She asked him" please don't be harsh on Ruk. He didn't say anything to that, he just signalled her to not talk and have rest. He promised her that he will be there for her. He even said " jodha begum aap hamare hozre mein kyun nahi rehti" she said " nahi Jalal hum yehi theek hain aur phir hamare kanha bhi hain Yahan" he couldn't say anything to that, but mentally thought that he will be spending his nights here, he cannot leave jodha alone. And with people like Maham and Ruk in this palace, he couldn't take the chance. He was hurt, deeply hurt. But letting jodha know about all this would have worsened things, he decided to deal with Ruk on his own.He remembered each and every humiliation jodha had to face because of Ruk's fake child. His expression automatically changed thinking about all that, and jodha asked him " kya hua? He immediately gave a smile and realized he was in Jodha's Hojra and he couldn't thinking about such matters in front of her. He just said " I am very happy jodha" he ordered his guards to call for Hamida and Salima , both came in and he gladly shared the news with them. Their happiness had no extent, they were truly content and blessed the couple. Jalal requested Salima to stay with Jodha as he had a few errands to run, they all sort of knew but nobody had the courage to stop him, they knew he'd go to Ruk, but somewhere there of them believed that what she had done to him, was hurt beyond repair. Salima gladly obliged and said yes. He came near jodha kissed her forehead and said " hum thodi der mein aate hain" she said " aap apna khayal rakhiye go" he said " zaroor with a smile and walked out.
Now, was the time when he had to put all the matters in front oh him, he went to his Hojra and thought about everything from day 1, how the news of pregnancy was broken to him on his anniversary, how Ruk asked for Jodha's help. He was surely hurt, but he wascontent at the same time. Ruk should have thanked her stars, had the news of jodha being pregnant not happened at that very same time, what Jalal would have done, nobody could have imagined. But she was saved by god, because Jalal's happiness had overtaken his hatred and anger. He had recently found his heart. And the news of Jodha getting pregnant had totally over ridden all emotions besides that one. He would have probably just forgotten about Ruk, by just not talking to her his own life had she done this without getting his Jodha in between. But but, what Ruk didn't realize was the humiliation she did to jodha, was now deeply entrenched in jalal's mind. And even if he wanted to he couldn't have gotten over it. There was a gusthaki in his khaas begum and whoever did this needed the punishment. He called for Ruk, in her Hojra. She appeared. She was crying like mad, he Kajal was smeared, she looked liked she'd been crying the whole while, she was extremely apologetic, she came near him and touched his hand, he immediately jerked and and removed his hand and shouted " Rukayia begum, Hume chone ki Himakat aap na Kare, Jo maZaak bana ke rakh diya hain, aapne hamare rishte ka. She fell on the ground and touched his feet " Hume mauf Kar dejiye " he gave a sarcastic smile and said really,? Maafi unhe dee jaati hain. Jo uske layak ho, apne Hume Kahin ka nahi choda. Hum apse mohabbat karte the Rukayia, aur aaj ussi mohobbat se Humme nafrat hain. She cried harder and said " please forgive me, I did all this just to get you back, I love you. He said " isse behooda tareeka, Rukayia apne hamare hi nahi Ambijan, Salima aur khaas Kar JOdha begum ko taqleef di hain. How dare you? And Jodha begum ke saath Jo apne kiya, Bo Bechari sirf hamare liye Aapki Sab baatein khushi khushi manti gayi, aur apne. Hume ghin aati hain, Aapko apna dost Kehte hue. She said " I'm really sorry, but she was coming so close to you, I couldn't tolerate it. He shouted " Humme jitni mohabbat Jodha begum se hain, utni aur kissi se nahi. Unke Paas Jalalul din mohhamad ka dil hain. Voh hain toh hum hain, voh nahi toh hum nahi. Aur apne usi begum ki shaam mein gusthaki ki. Vo, Jo apka itna khayal rakh rahi thi. How could you? I've always given the respect you deserve, even the love you deserve, I can understand that you felt jealous, but does that mean, you're gonna resort to cheap traits like faking out child, and make jodha your bandhi in the process. She said" I've committed a blunder, you can give me any punishment you want, please you can even kill me with your sword, but don't give me the punishment of not talking to me. He said " Rukayai, I always kept forgiving your deeds, but now you've crossed all limits. And now talking to you is far off, even looking at your face is not possible for me. Talkliya she shouted " Jalal nahi please, hum jodha begum ki timaardari karenge. He said " I would have given you that punishment Rukayia, had I trusted you enough, but the problem is I love my jodha, way more than I hate you for this act and her health is my utmost priority and I can't give my jodha in hands of someone as horrendous as you. You were once my confidant, my most trust worthy friend and now you're a nobody. I'm not giving you any other punishment, though I thought I would, but jodha doesn't want me to be harsh on you and also, she's pregnant. Rukayia again fell on the ground " yeh toh Bahaut khushi ki baat hain, Mubarak ho. For a second he wondered the audacity of the woman , of congratulating him after what all has happened. The he said " Talliya, aur dobara humse Milne ki Himakat mat kiijeye ga." And he said this and walked towards Jodha's Hojra and was sort of excited that he is now, going to the place where he belongs.
