rima, after lots of courage i watched the ME and saw the glimpse of my angry jalal who finally is talking about saltanat, otherwise my brain was turning into curd by seeing him stuck between the two wives like a sandwich and the whole pendulum of events stuck at ruk's fake preg track which is getting on my nerves!

hi folks! i am curious to know about your take on the ME..romance was diabetic as usual with lack of passion..the emotional hug scene was good..liked how jo consoled him..liked jalal in anger mode and finally talking about some saltanat issues..chand begum angle seems interesting..lets see how well they execute it..the whole mystery will be revealed i guess in a week or two..was nice to see dialogues given to man singh and todarmal...! would love to see more of politics and want to get this fake preg track out of the way asap!

I am not here to bash the female lead, as a matter of fact I think she portrays herself aptly as Jodha Bai. The problem is if it's a love story then it should look real since they are painting a picture of two young people in love and they are married. Now tell me which lovers in real life behind close doors sit down together in bed as if they are acquaintances meeting for a chit chat. I completely understand that they can only show certain things due to the restrictions. But for some reason as a fan of Jodha and Akbar it pains me to see the eye locks, holding each other from a distance (making sure certain part of their body stays far away), every time he gets closer to her face, she turns away her face the other way e.t.c. We know they are acting, it would be nice to imagine that we are seeing the true love blossoming in front of our eyes. What ever the problem is I wish to see it solved soon.

yes, there is lots of hesitation in touching..and i completely blame the female lead for that because if you watch ruqlal scenes you can see the difference..rajat feels far more at ease with lavina than with paridhi and why is ekta not aware of all this and is not taking any action is what surprises me..and paridhi is ok in solo shots i have never complained about her acting but her romance is not convincing!

Yes, Mandy I agree with you totally. See we don't know the problem between the actors but it is obvious and quite disappointing. I just wonder If Ekta Kapoor knows that there are people in spite of loving the show they can tell that there is a disconnect between the two leads. They have got to fix the problem before its too late.

honestly i do not even care what problems they have off screen, as long as they do not show it on screen but they are dragging those problems on screen and that is what irks me! and ekta will take action once trps begin to fall drastically..u must have noticed the big drop and that is just the beginning!..viewers who roped in to see romance will quit watching it!

@Mandy, I also don't care what goes on between the two but they need to make sure that they are convincing on screen, the problem is how is it possible if they are not in friendly terms. Sooner or later tension between the two leads will show on their faces, don't you think show? saw the trp is going down and perhaps they need to hire better writers who can make this show a worth watching with interesting plots.

Despite the note the TM chooses to cont to make this into a post targeting a particular actor of the show which is clearly against the rules hence this thread is being closed
