Oh Damn it 😭😭 Divi Didu come have this for this meticulous post 🤗🤗 Seriously , I no more want to bang my head against wall to respond for such saddistic and hilarious topic for example "JALAL LOVES JODHAA TO BE PREGNANT" 🤣🤣 This is a sarcastic and a perfect way to answer their "supposed" interrogations in their own proper manner to do their honour 👏👏🥳 I think Jalal endured as much as he can her antics ! For those members , the definition of LOVE from Jalal's side to Jodhaa is likely to be : THE ABANDON OF HIS OWN HAPPINESS TO PLEASE HER ! Thanks a ton for this post Dida 🤗

Thanks Raksha!

The first few lines made me drop my jaws, but, yet, as I kept reading I had a smile on my face.

What made your jaw drop? But glad you left with a smile.

One of the few reasons that this is one of the couple of Indian daily soaps I follow religiously is because, though, Jalaal, like a typical daily soap male lead has this impossible task of being perfect in every sense, but, be a docile door mat to his female lead. But, he's not the door mat.

Yes, he is not a door mat ... But he is still expected to be perfect. Well said. 👏

The bane of most of the TV shows is that inevitably makers bow to audience wishes which, are most of the time momentary, and impractical. The end result is we get the dragfests, half-cooked plots and a truckload of cheap thrills and tricks. I wish, makers would just stop number crunching, and concentrate on show quality.

TRPs do drive their income ... That being said improving dialogues won't really hurt them

Honestly, I think Jalaal is way above an average man, and if I could get a man half as good as him, I would take good care of him, and be happy that unlike Jodha, I don't have any competition.

That is very true ... This serial has totally set false expectations for me

And I hope he has a great mother as well.😆

Yes, Hamida Bano is the best Mother-in-law ever 😊

😉Divi...
Anyone can say anything...but none can fight this argument like Jo herself... her actions have proved it that - Jodha herself knows that Jalal is a good husband
what has Ruqaiyya's pregnancy - fake or otherwise got to do with this?😛
Even if we don't take a polygamous setting into account.. as of now Jalal's relationship with Ruqs has become nearly platonic, not even friendly...
I read somewhere comparisons made between the Sujamal-Jodha/Ruq-Jalal fiasco. How can this be made? One is his lawfully wedded wife and the other an unknown stranger.. besides like it or not, that era was sexist.. so, while Jalal's feelings on Sujamal fiasco came out as would an explosive possessive husband wondering about this stranger with his wife, Jo's feelings here are of pure jealousy which is bang on!👏 Besides, Jalal is not HIDING anything from Jo... everything here if plain for her to see!
Why delay the SR any further? If these two have to sit and wait for good times to come to them, it possibly never will.. and I would rather watch two torn lovers who CAN'T WAIT to become one with each other in the 'heat of the moment' rather than two forty year olds sitting and marking a probable date in their diary for getting intimate like as though its a picnic outing...😉
Love is lust as well. For all physiological reasons too there has to be some amount of lust driving the act or two people can get intimate..
Yes lust is very much a part of an epic love story too as much as awaam and religion and harem and kanha and ajmer and hunar and tedapan and everything else!😉 And I've seen enough of the rest for a year..
Jodha despite being the one who said she never wanted to come in between Jalal/Ruqs can today care two hoots about Jalal's scene with Ruqs ...this only shows me as a viewer that her pagalpan for Jalal has come to the same level as Jalal's for her...the fact that she WANTS him and wants him to do to her what she's seen him sharing with Ruqaiyya.. she's had enough of guessing games and waiting.. I love for such a heroine who's in touch with her feelings and not a sacrificing girl!👏
And Jalal - do we even need to explain what happened.. he left the Jashan because he learnt of a medical emergency.. I don't think it was the time for farewells.. a doctor says your family member ka kuch urgent news hai..I would rush to the spot too.. not be concerned about who all I said bye to or not! It was AFTER that that he learnt of the pregnancy...😆
I even read somewhere someone saying Jalal is so dumb he doesn't know Ruqaiyya is not pregnant..even today men aren't totally aware of the female cycles.. and even with precision equipment to test pregnancies and chart cycles..that is something of a relatively 'unknown' concept for them!
In those days, even women wouldn't have known for sure.. if two - three months went by with no cycles then, a Hakim sahiba/doc was called and a supposition made..
But total confirmation could only happen after 4-5 months and first signs of life being felt inside the womb...How many queens have had false 'good news' even in the British dynasties.. all you have to do is watch History channel...
and Jalal is supposed to know all this? 🤣

The reason for bringing THAT topic here is:

Jalal has turned into the husband that Jodha must never even have dreamt of. & similarly, with the kind of people Jalal had been surrounded with all his life, he also must have never ever dreamt of a wife like Jodha (I admire her pure hearted ness above all her other virtues)

Your post sums up everything good about Jalal, the husband of Jodha.

I wanna add that Jalal deserves to be together with his beloved now...forever.

The very thought is so beautiful, that finally, after all the turmoils, they will finally be one. So beautiful. 😳

for me he is perfect..yes, he has temperament issues, but that doesnt overshadow his numerous positive traits!

Exactly! You can find fault with him ... But please don't say he has done nothing

Jalal rocks! love him very very much.

he used to claim he has no heart, whereas he has always the bigger one!❤️

Very true!

Glad you liked it! More than sarcasm , it is the irony of the whole situation.

Please spare your head though! 😆 It is not worth it.

Thanks for putting things in the right perspective Shraddha.

Since I visited forum and saw a deluge of posts on SR, I was like, looks like Jo gave Ruqs a slient B**ch please. 😆

Amer-returned Jodha is definitely madly in love with Jalaal, and isn't shy of showing it. Divi, now we know what was running in her mind in Amer, and most importantly why it had to be censored by CVs.😉

About hows and whys of the SR, well things don't go as per our sensibilities, and that's that.

And yes your statement on queens health is also true, as apparently Mary Tudor also thought she was pregnant, and also showed all signs of it though she was not.
