Exclusive: Paridhi in Ekta's new show but not leaving Jodha-Akbar

Paridhi Sharma aka Jodha from Ekta Kapoor's hit show Jodha-Akbar is in news again. This time not for sexual and mental harassment from her director but for being signed in Ekta's new show. Paridhi has really impressed Producer Ekta Kapoor and she has decided to cast her in Colors new show Meri Aashiqui Tumhi Se Hai.' But don't you worry, she is not leaving Zee TV's Jodha Akbar for this show. In fact Ekta has casted her just for a cameo!

So, there is no question of Jodha Akbar being shut down or Paridhi being replaced. According to our sources, she will be the Jodha of Jodha Akbar and will just shoot a small role for Ekta's new show.

Meri Aashiqui Tumhi Se Hai will go on air from 7th of July, 2014. The rest of the cast for the show is Sarita Joshi, Shakti Arora, Maleeka R Ghai and Nitin Vakaria.

So, take no worries and chill as your lovely Jodha is here to stay!
