When Akabr returns from Rukaiya's room, he will ask Jodha to forgive him as it was his responsibility to meet Rukaiya at this time. Jodha who has been waiting since long to spend some quality time with Akabr will argue with Akbar and finally both will make love. Also, as far as current track is concerned, it looks like soon Jodha will get pregnant with her first child. Also, there is a twist with Rukaiya's pregnancy which we will reveal later.
As for now, let's see how audiences will react to their consummation scene.

For any of Ekta's or zee shows, if consummation is planned on Mnday or Tuesday, promo will be aired only from Saturday. So we should wait till the promo airs, infact when I spoke to zee last week, the zee man said that every show has promo schedules and JA will have promos soon. So, we need to wait till evening, while Z20 match is shown, they may telecast the promo.

Pink ills was the one to mention about Ruq's pregnancy and even Bangalore Mirror also mentioned about JA consummation yesterday in their episode synopsis. So, all articles can't be cooked up about the track.
