By realistic standards, todays epi was quite enjoyable. This forum is full of very knowledgeable people who can see or imagine deep wide connections and get impatient. The producers and perhaps most viewers are not in that game. So I have decided that it is ok if the story doesn't fast forward ahead or if people don't do the obvious smart thing we want them to do. If most scenes and dialogues are decent, and if the baddies don't get too much screen time, then we should just enjoy ourselves.

By those standards, today's episode was fun. Jodha and Jalal were beautiful as well as comfortable together. Nok Jhok was good natured, without real edge to it. Screen space for all the baddies, though still more than what Todarmal and Man Singh got, was mercifully limited.

I especially enjoyed the Amer flashbacks. In the jail, as well as when Jodha was pleading against punishing Abdul. (These, by the way, were true flashbacks, unlike fake ones we have been served lately). I have always enjoyed those early Amer days and perhaps that colors my view of today's episode.

Re the surang mystery, I didn't expect it to be solved yet. Somehow, Jaweda and HB may need to get involved before something moves.

MA, Shenu, SD etc, even Moti were their usual irritating selves, but their presence mercifully limited. With all that, and with the effect of Amer scenes still lingering in my mind, I found it possible to ignore Ruq's shrieking at the end. :)

So, leaving the epi in a pleasant mood.

In Benazir track, Jodha always was irritated with Ben, same is happening now. Jalal mad with Shehanaaz. This time I guess Jalal will expose Shehanaaz.

Ye I too feel MA will expose Ruks. But how long do we have to wait for this...

The cave man or woman gets another lease of life but I think due to this mayhem, the captive may escape and hide somewhere in the palace. This entire issue will get solved next week even while BEK wants to steal the thunder with her stupidity.

How I wish CVs had not taken this fake pregnancy path. But now since that is inevitable here are ways to cheer us up.

1. I don't see any more accusations on Jodha because all that had to be done to her has been done already. She has, for instance, left the palace and Jalal due to a false accusation already. So what will.she do now? Where will she go? CVs can't take this path again

2. I don't think ruqs plan to separate Jalal and jodha with this fake news will succeed even in the initial stages. Yes jodha may get slightly upset about this and Jalal will shower all his affection on ruq for the time being. But he is in love with jodha and that is not going to change ever. It matters not whether one of his begum is pregnant. He will go where his heart takes him. Also, ruq still can't do anything to stop Jalal from sleeping with his other wives.

I feel jodha may be hesitant in the first place but jalal will help her out of this shell. Then akdha can romance like earlier while ruq sits and sulks with her fake baby.

3. Although I detest the idea vry much but this fake pregnancy news of ruq will again make them more passionate. Now both Jalal and jodha are behaving like gentle people in love. Throw in some desperation and separation and they will be back with a sizzling steamy SR.

This may upset ruq so bad that in frustration she spills the beans herself - what have I not done to get you Jalal. Even faked my very own pregnancy so that I can get you back from jodha begum... but u... but she... but u both!!!

once again we get no where with the surang mystery...hope atleast some of the track finds closure next week...

jodha is going to be hurt but she will be gracious and happy coz jalal is going to be a father...she loves him and everything related to him...i so want to see a change in her emotions and approach from the last time rukku was pregnant...this time she will be happy for him as well
