The fact that he got Salim also married as per Hindu customs to a Hindu princess is an answer to some people who feel he was a bigot.

Wow Abhay👏...Thanks Lizzy and KDR😃...I don't know what to say...I am actually dumbstruck, speechless right now...I wanted to put RES here, but couldn't, seeing the enormous amount off digging, hardwork behind this information...The Akbar-MUZ kid section has rattled me...I am seeing some kid names under MUZ here that have been directed to some other queens and concubines elsewhere...Its like she was the mother of nearly all his offsprings (10)...I am actually a bit shocked but very very happy😉...Will write more detailed version afterwards...But before that👏

Radhika, One thing notice, Mostely, Child mother is Jodha😆 😆, Akbar Favourite, daughter,

Laddly, Begum,😆 😆, so realtionship, is clearly seeing, strongful,

we are reading, or feeling, realtionship, How, beautifully, standing, even in Wars.

But when they lived, or, spent life with eachother, how they felt.

if we are living, this realtionship, after 450 years, so much spark is coming, so there vibes

which refelected,, then, can't imagine.

Other people will sure Jealous.😆 😆

But Yes, we are Enjoying.😃

I need to read this entire thread multiple times. 😃 Going to keep coming back to this thread again and again.

I have to say this - MUZ accompanied Akbar on wars - even in her very about to deliver pregnant state in those ancient times in those terrains!!!

Theirs was truly EPIC LOVE which crossed all religious and narrow minded barriers 👏👏👏👏👏

After losing so many children in early infancy, how scared AKbar and the MUZ must have been when Salim was born. No wonder they stayed close to Salim Chisti Baba's hermitage for the occasion.

The ^^ mentioned meeting between Akbar and the MUZ shows how positive they still were about the survival of this child. The way Akbar greeted the MUZ, gave her the title and the typical Rajvanshi greeting of love shows how much the birth of Salim meant to him. This yearning for a child by Jalal is shown so well in the serial too. Really praiseworthy. 👏

What really makes me sad is that Salim was the first surviving child of the couple. They went thru so much to have him and they must have pampered him so much because he was born after such a long period of despair (for a child). And yet, when he grew up, he forgot all about this and turned against his father. As a parent, it hurts me when I see such children even today in our society. They seem to think they were born adults and owe nothing to their parents. 😕

{Actually, It was a Hindustani custom of NOT seeing the long awaited, born child for atleast 30 days after his birth, this ensures that the child brings fortune to family. So, on advice of Shah Bukhari, an astronomist in Gwalior, Akbar did not see Salim for 41 days. Due to same reason, Humayun saw Akbar after 32 days of his birth.}

That new fruit{new fruit is Salim, as before him also children from MUZ had been born} of thegarden of fortune{his mother}

Yes, its A Hindustani, custom;;;

My mother told me, when My brother, born, My father see My brother, after 41 days,

because My mother faced, One MC.
