Quick take 5 today ... To celebrate how I always knew they would celebrate Jodha and Jalal's wedding anniversary ... And people were always making fun of me that it would not happen (You know who you are 😆)

I know a lot of folks are already worried about the fight between Jodha and Jalal over Shehnaaz and Ruq's pregnancy ... I would relax because (1) these are just dragging tactics through IPL- only 2 more weeks left right? and (2) I am just happy Jodha and Jalal are back to behaving more like normal 😆- with Jalal back to teasing his baaghin and Jodha trying to not fall for it and becoming defense attorney for Shenaaz 😉 Normal is good enough for me these days 😊

So, here is a quick take 5:

(1) Jodha-MA confrontation: I am actually glad that the Jodha-Maham confrontation was more MA's outburst as I hope that it deters Jodha from becoming a peacemaker between Jalal and MA ... If MA had been more silent, Jodha might have felt bad for her. In addition, I felt Jodha hit MA's nerve where it hurt the most by saying Jodha pities her similar to how Jalal hit a painful nerve by saying MA lost her son. You don't have to shout loud or even say a lot to come out the winner ...

(2) Jodha and Jalal remembering their first wedding anniversary at the same time: Was a cute coordinated moment that they both remembered their wedding anniversaries at the same time, Jalal courtesy the letter and Jodha courtesy the kangan.

Any of us could have told them that their wedding anniversary was due as we passed two gangaurs, and oddly two holis as well! Great proof of the CVs and their logic! 😆

And can Jalal get extra credit for celebrating only his anniversary with Jodha and no other begum? I am surprised Ruq's didn't clamor for a wedding anniversary jashn at some point in the year! 😉😆 Small mercies! Do I see a scene of Ruqs complaining that her wedding anniversary was forgotten in our near future? 😆

(3) Nok-jhok in the dargah: My favorite moment was when Jodha was looking for Jalal ... It was cute ... And I also liked how Jalal surprised her from the back. Seemed like a typical husband-wife cute moment 😳

I am surprised they did not flashback to the daggahs they tied together after their visit to Salim Chisti ... But I think I know why ... They showed progress from the time they tied the daggah in Ajmer but not in Sikhri for the following three reasons:

- They tied their daggahs on top of each other in Sikhri but separately today
- Jodha said she could hear what he wished for in Sikhri and now asked herself
- And how could they possibly remember what Salim Chisti said about MUZ during IPL season? That would be too suggestive , right? 😉

What else is IPL for but to make up for this lost ground? I hope they do it quickly. 😊

In any case, I am sure Hamida Bano will bless the love birds regarding something, that will remind them they need to do something 😉😆

(4) The nok jhok with Jodha, Jalal, Rahim, and the dolls: First of all, Rahim is always super-cute ... But liked Jalal trying to get a "I am handsome" from Jodha.

Poor Jalal, forgot the secret of getting that out of Jodha was to spend a few hours getting ready for the chaugan match ... Then she directly praised him.😳

By the way CVs, that would be a great idea to kill some time during IPL: put a chaugan match between Jalal and Jodha. If Ruqs is faking pregnancy she can obviously not participate ... How convenient! CVs, are you reading this? 😆

(5) Saving Rahim: Here is what I really liked about the scene- was how everyone was united in their concern for Rahim ... Jalal, Jodha, Salima, and even Ruqaiyya. I know it is a minor point but love the universal concern everyone has for Rahim.

And of course Jalal's action to save him!

And I have to say, Jalal's jump made me laugh a bit ... Whose do you think was better Jalal's or Sujamal's? 😆

And with a wedding anniversary jashn in the offing, how can it be possibly be trouble free? Let's see what the CVs have in store for us. 😉

Hope you enjoyed the quick take. Would love your thoughts.

Let me clarify- I came to celebrate I was correct 😆 Just kidding. But, you didn't have to admit you were wrong 😉 You were not the only one 😆

You were right ... Jalal could not remember the wedding anniversary ... Bharmal had to remind him 😉

What's with this Shehnaz?
Maybe she has some sorta ties with that cave hostage.

As for AkDha, they're back to square one.
What a tactic by the creatives *to kill time this IPL season*, hats off. 😆

Wonderful take 5. 👏

great post !
i liked your idea of chaugan match between joja... any CV sulking around here... 😆MA was too loud today but Jo hit it on the nail by saying she pities her... you're right... you don't have to shout and show off 64 shiny teeth to come off as the winner
joja dargah scene was adorable, the way he came up behind her reminded me of the way he came up behind her and wrapped her in a shawl in angoori bagh 😳
shehnaaz has a little too many nuts and bolts missing... 😆
jashn = trouble

Thanks!

Akdha are def not back to square one ... Maybe where they were before the whole separation track 😆 But Jalal def has a new found confidence that he knows she loves him and "touch me not" days are over ... Let's see they could be ready to fast forward at any point.

Loved your take Divi - as usual a beautiful take for a beautiful episode 🤗 Will be back with more comments later since I've exhausted my IF time by posting update today

Btw, I loved both Jalal and Jodha equally today!
JO-MA
Loved how Jodha stood in front of MA and spoke her mind out and then walked away when MA stopped making sense after a while

JA-DEK
The DEK scene by itself was such a pleasant change. To add to it, Jalal!
Now, why do I love Jalal so much? Saw his expressions in the DEK when he suddenly remembered that it has been a year since he did those notty notty deeds in Amer during Ganghaur.
I don't know if I've seen anyone else give such adorable expressions when silently reminiscing one's past mischief in public?

KANGAN
Loved the Kangan part too... How much has Jodha cherished a gift from her husband? *Sigh*
This is what I wanted seeing all along..

JA-JO
The Ajmer Shareef-like incident had all the hallmarks of a cute couple's tu -tu main main. Paridhi is back to looking like the glowing flower she once was and the couple's chemistry is pretty much back to post-Benazir style! I'm sure most would have enjoyed watching the Emperor and his Begum playing hide and seek in that Holy Lattice Wall as they tied the dhaagaa!(Much like the library scenes these days between young lovers - exchanging glimpses from one side of the bookshelf to the other)
The couple were there for a religious reason and they both behaved very dignified without defiling it one bit. Yet, one could see the love between them.
What was more beautiful was Jodha's curious glances searching for her love when she opened her eyes!

I loved loved loved it when Jodha called Jalal 'Dusht' he is one.. much like my very own NJAPA Jo called her Jalal a devil!
I loved loved loved when Jalal called himself her 'Shauhar' *sigh*
The hand-holding exit was as cute as it could get and why, Jo has also become bold enough to tell Rahim that her husband is good-looking eh? Now, that's my girl!

JALAL THE SUPERHERO
Jalal's superhero jumps and stunts did make for semi-awesome and semi-Shaktimaan style viewing. However, maybe we shouldn't forget that Emperor or not - he is an uncle/step-father to a kid and it was possibly his desperation driving him.
Salima/Jodha/Ruqaiyya's joint concern for Rahim was a beautiful montage - a depiction of things will be in future when Salim arrives

PRECAP -
I'm certain Jalal is going to be proved wrong in the Shehnaaz incident. My personal opinion is that Shehnaaz's husband is making a very great sacrifice in that cave by not opening his mouth to MA about some royal Raaz... and when Jalal comes to know that she possibly lost her child/husband and hence turned mad
When he learns of MA's misdeeds against her husband and how the man has kept up the pride of the Sultanat, that he'll pardon Shehnaaz at once!

I knew u would post today 😆 .
Great post Divya.
But how come Jalal and Ruk don't celebrate their wedding anniversary but Jalal-Jodha will. I can understand he can't celebrate every anniversary with his every begum. But Rukku is Khas right? Cvs can't think of logic for once? I m sure Rukku is gonna complain for sure on this.
I really love today's epi. The teasing naughty cute Jalal is back. I love all their scenes today. They both remembering their Anniversary together. Unknowingly going to the Dargah together (Btw I didn't knew Agra fort has a Majar inside it???? 😕 ) Their cute nok-jhok. Jalal teasing her was so cute. Especially the last one where he was trying to make her admit He is handsome. 😳 😆 .Love all of them.
Shahnaz 😡 . I told u na she is going to be trouble.
I agree with u Divya I love the way all of them run to save Rahim in unison.
I like Jo's expression after Rahim was saved. She looked angrily at Shehnaz.
But Precap. I m really angry at Jo. Stupidity ki hadd hoti hai. Okay fine she has a very big heart so she bring a mad women with her in Agra. But after what happened how can she defend Shehnaz. What if something happened to Rahim. Today he almost died for her. What happened to her motherly love for Rahim. She was actually behaving like a step mom. More than Rahim's safety Shehnaz is important to her. Think about it Divya Rahim a small boy is not safe in his own house just because she brought a mad in the house. She is not mentally stable she will always be risky for Rahim's life. Fine she felt pity on SH and brought her in home. But after this how can she defend her.
I hope SB and HB don't support their ladli tomorrow or I m going to kill them. If I were Jo's place I would have thrown her out at that moment.
One thing I wanna mention here as I had said before I really love this thing of the cvs they don't try to demean MP to glorify Akbar unlike the show Maharana Pratap. MP's letter was well written.
