CHAPTER :4
And Jalal broke down hugging her lifeless body to his chest and shouted''JODHA''

Jalal woke up with a jerk breathing heavily when he feel a very know soft hands shaking him and waking him up ,when he looked he saw his Jodha sitting in the same spot fit and flawless looking him with care and concern for him in her eyes. The next moment when Jodha opened her arms for her jalal took her in a bone crushing hug like his life depending on the hug as jodha hugged him back and rubbed his back.Jalal took a breath of relief knowing that it was only a dream,but not just a simple dream the most worst nightmare of his life .
''u r alright i didn't lose u jodha ,i didn't lose u''said jalal to himself rather than to jodha.
FEW MINUTES BACK:
Jodha who too fell asleep after jalal was woken up from her sleep when she heard jalal saying ''jodha no u can't do this to me.please jodha open ur eyes please jodha don't leave me like this .jodha i said open ur eyes.jodha please stop playing like this .please open ur eyes .please don't leave me like this''and tears flowed from his closed eyes.Hearing this jodha understood he must be dreaming somethigh bad happening to her and she tried to wake him up.Finally after few moments shouting''JODHA''
when he turned and looked at her she could see the fear and pain of loosing her in his eyes and the next moment she opened her arms and as expected jalal took her into a bone crusing hug and she hugged him back and rubbed his back as he was breathing heavily.
And she heard him saying''u r alright i didn't lose u jodha ,i didn't lose u'' .
BACK TO PRESENT:
Jalal closed his eyes as the tears continuosly flowed from his eyes wetting jodha's top.Jodha was really worried seeing him like this.After few minutes when jalal calmed down,jodha broke the hug and cupped his face wiping his tears and kissed his fore head .
''What was the nightmare about jalal?''asked jodha in a soft voice.Hearing the word nightmare jalal body got tensed which was noticed by jodha, and the scenes of the nightmares came back flashing sending fear shivers into his spine.
Jalal stood up with a jerk and went and stood on the bank of the river and closed his eyes rubbing his forehead as he didn't want make her worry by sharing that cruel nightmare with her.Jodha who understood stood up and went near him and rested her head on his back hugging him .Jalal immediately relaxed on her touch and took hands which was hugging him from the back and kissed it.
''I am so scared jodha''said jalal with a low voice.
''I am still here with u jalal and always will .so don't be scared .This wild cat will not leave u soon.''said jodha with a small smile.
''This is what i pray for every single day jodha,that u should be always with u ''said jalal as few drops of his tears dropped on her hands.Jodha broke the hug and turned him to make him face her only to see his eyes red and puffy from crying ,he looked so vulnerable,jodha could see jalal like this and hugged him tightly.
''what have i done to u jalal?. I always wanted to be ur strength , but i am becoming ur weekness jalal''said jodha in teary voice as her eyes became moist.
''No jodha u r not my weekness and never will be .u r the only reason for my surival,coz of u i became a person who i am now the shahenshah of hindustan,without u i would be nothing now jodha. ur love , ur purity,ur selflessness , ur care for my family ,ur concern for other these are are the things thought me how to live a life.u r the only person who understood even i too have a heart which even i didn't know.u are my greatest strength jodha,so never think that u r my weekness.Coz u and ur love only makes me strong ''said jalal in a emotional and truthfull tone.
But jodha on the other hand was in deep turmoil seeing her jalal like this .She always know she is the week spot of jalal and he will do anything for her,but she never thought just a single nightmare will cause this much effect on him.He looked so feared and defeated the moment he woke up from his nightmare.This caused a lot of pain and fear for him in her heart.She never wanted jalal to loose anything coz of her and seeing him like this it really broke her heart.Then she thought of something and decided it will be best for both of them .Jodha came out of his hug and wiped her tears and looked him.
''No Jalal i may be ur strength once ,but my luv and me is making u week which i never wanted .Just look at urself jalal ,if just a single nightmare can make u fear like this ,then think what will happen to u if something happens to me.A girl who loves a person will always want to be their strength,not their weekness.That is what i want too.U r just not a normal man ,but a shahenshah too .U have responsibilities as a king too jalal. u have people to care about jalal .ur world just didn't revolve around me.so i thought of something .''said jodha with a determined tone looking into his eyes.
This determination scared jalal to the core ,he know what would be coming next.But he never wanted to hear that ever in his life.This is the moment he feared from when he fell in love with her.He know how selfless jodha is and will never care about her when it comes to other especially him,so he always tried best to hide the fear of loosing her from her which was never successfull ,but still today he never showed it to this extend to her .He collected his strength and asked the question knowing that the answer will break both of them .
''What have u deciced jodha?''asked jalal in a lifeless tone.
Hearing this tone of his jodha understood jalal must already know what she was going to say.she know it may be the most hurtfull thing for both of them to do ,but she is going to do this for their future.so gathered her courage and uttered the most cruel words she never wanted.
''Lets us break up and never meet ever again jalal''said jodha in one breath and turned his towards him as he can't face him or see his heartbreaking.
Jalal who already know this is coming just stood there looking at her back life a lifeless person who had no reason to live .Though jalal know what was coming and it will hurt,but he never imagined these words from her mouth will hurt him like this .Jalal felt like someone poured acid on his heart.
''ok jodha lets break up ''said jalal in the same lifeless tone .
Jodha on the other hand felt like killing herself for making him go through .But she died thousand deaths on hearing him agree to breaking up.Though this is what she wanted ,but still it hurts coz what heart wants is what it wants.Jodha turned wiping her tears and was about to same something but jalal stopped her.
''No jodha i didn't finished yet.We will break up but before that u urself kill me with ur hands like this ''said jalal and took his sword giving a deep cut in his palm.
All this happened within minutes so jodha didn't see it coming and was shocked to see the amount of blood flowing from his hands.
''JALAL ''shouted jodha and was about to run towards him but jalal stopped her by rising his hands indicating her to stop there itself.
''No jodha not one more step.It hurts u rights ?If this small physical wound is hurting u this much,then think how much the wounds in my hears by ur words will be huring me.U r telling to end our relationship right ,but let me tell u one thing and hear it clearly ,the day which our relationship comes to an end that will be the last day my heart will be beating.what u think of urself ?big mahan?.u may a mahan and selfless but i am so selfish jodha when it comes to u.If my heart is beating u is only coz and for u.If u leave me then what is the need of its beating.U r the breath i take ,the blood that runs in my veins,the beat that keeping my heart alive .If there is no jodha in jalal's life then this Jalaludin Mohhamad not need a life too.u know jodha every single second i spend in agra away from u,i will be feeling like my other half is not with me ,here u are taking about leaving me forever.I never thought i will hear this from u jodha .The feeling which u r saying it as my weekness is also a form of love i have on u .so every form of love i am having on u is my strength ,so this weekness u call is also my strength. If u want to leave me ,then leave but don't u dare expect me to live a life after that.I swear on our love that i will kill myself the moment u walk out of my life.so if u want to leave then leave''finished jalal with a chocking voice.And turned his back towards her and left the dragger on the ground and closed his eyes letting the tears flow freely and was boiling in anger
Jodha on the other hand understood what a grave mistake she did by taking a stupid decision in her emotional state .she understood how much he is hurt by her words and cursing herself for hurting him like this.She know neither both of them can't live without each other,and the next moment she ran and hugged him tightly from his front and she completely broke down.
''Please forgive me jalal,please.I am really sorry for whatever i said.But that moment i was so emotional seeing u scared .Please jalal forgive me,i promise u today that i will never ever leave u at anycost.I am really sorry.I too can't live a moment without u jalal.u are my life jalal.I love jalal.i love u so much . please forgive me for this grave mistakes. I love u''and with this she broke down completely as her body trembled with her sobs.
Jalal's anger melted a little seeing her like this and he hugged her back.
''please don't ever say that words jodha''said jalal in a teary voice and hugged her tighter.
''I promise u i will never ever say it again''said jodha hugging him more tightly.
Both of them stood peacefully in eachothers arms forgetting about the present and not worrying about the future just feeling their love for each other.
