Coming to Shivani issue, I don't mind that Jalal pardoned her since she had really done nothing illegal. I just wish Jalal had questioned her on why she agreed to the marriage. As a king, he should have asked al the right questions and this way, MA's role would have been exposed too. And Jalal would have looked more royal in forgiving Shivani Tej after discovering they had been manipulated by MA and were innocent victims of MA themselves, just like he and Jodha had been.

Arre, I was waiting for Shivani to drop the atom bomb that it was Maham who first told her to get engaged to hakim and then also to elope. When the words did not come from her exposing maham, I felt like pulling the words out of her throat myself!😆😆😆

If Jalal hasd questioned her on that reason for agreeing to the marriage and she had given the explanation of mahm's role in virtually blackmailing her I too would have found the scene to be "righter"!

I am not sure why you are saying even in today's times girls who elope won't be taken back affectionately. I know loads of girls who have preferred to marry someone of their own choice but have not told their parents till the last moment before the wedding ... but families that are close knit always try to understand their point of view and take them back into the fold kindly.

It all depends on the kind of family you belong to. If your family loves you they will not hold it against you if you love someone. They may have some embarrassment but surely it is not a good thing to throw your daughter out just because she loves someone and doesn't have the guts to talk to her parents about it openly?

Since my family is very liberal I am not able to judge how girls may be treated by less than liberal families.

yes mansi, you are right, but i didn't think about the family of Shivani or her personally, but about Jalala and his family, who were at the groom side. was Jalal liberal to all?? He didn't scold her even once about her sudden act, that affected their respect!! I am sure we cannot praise Shivani's act of this as a noble one!! Sorry if i am making ur post vulnerable. i thought i could get clearance from u alone!! my mind is confused now!

Mansi, when I was pressing like in one of the comments in this thread i realized the color of my id is changed. so i checked my comment on pg 7 and that was my 2500th comment. I get excited so shared it with u. i became active member due to JA. I had joined If in 2005 and was senior member bfore JA and now I am dazzler- most of my posts are made in JA forum.

Mansi, to be frank I didnt like JaJo yesterday..

1. Jodha, for defending that loser Shivani! I was happy till she was defending Sujamal but Shivani? why? Nothing can make Shivani right!! Jodha was the one kept apologizing to everyone in Agra just for that selfish stupid girl!! and Jodha even cut off her ties with Bharmal..the same Jodha defending Shivani didnt make sense at all! 2 days back I was dreaming Jodha giving earfuls to Shivani but here I got something completely opposite!🥱

2. Jalal's mohabbat lecture...I loved his pehla wala (Mathura one) but this time disappointed..I know Jalal is in love and understands love more than anyone..I've no issues with his forgiving Shivani..we all knew he is gonna forgive her (courtesy spoilers) but the argument he put forth was baseless! he was glorifying Shivani's nonsense!! what Shivani did was coward and spineless act!! without giving her earful Jalal was comparing Ammijaan, Mirza and others' mohabbat with Shivani's!! arey others didnt commit any sin..they didnt put anyone to shame..even BB did it out of her love for Cheapu!! nothing can justify a crime..a crime is a crime and one should be punished for it..yahan Shivani crossed all the limits! iss tarha toh Adham bhi bolsakta hai "humari Ammijaan humse behadh mohabbat karti hai..issi liye unho ne aisa kiya..humari Ammijaan ko muaaf kardijiye" 😕or MA can say "hum aapse bahut mohabbat karte hai Jalal, issi liye humne Jodha Begum ke khilaf saazish rachi..humein muaaf kardijiye" which MA already told him!!😕

my point is Jalal's argument was wrong.

I want to smack CVs hard for this.😡😡

now I want a compensation through Mainavati/Bharmal by lashing out Shivani and making her realize what favor Jalal did to her and her lover.

and also loved admidst this all mohabbat thing JaJo's take was ONE...❤️they think alike like u say staying miles apart their their opinions were on common wavelength. ❤️

nice prediction Mansi...I too thought first Shehnaz could be Jalal's sister and the "over grown" child behavior is not a pretense but real...lets see...abhi toh mujhe sirf Jodha Agra mein chahiye...I hope she returns Agra without knowing Shivani is there and forgiven...that would be the best for all of us.

Hmm .. you're right about jalal not even scolding Shivani a bit. But maybe in his present lovelorn condition all that he himself can think of is "love". So maybe when Shivani pressed the love button he also forgot everything else?
