Part 11
Days passed by... Jodha and Jalal were enjoying their blissful married life. Their love was not hidden anymore. Jalal's haste had made it crystal clear to everyone that he can't live without seeing HIS Jodha's innocent sweet face.
FLASHBACK
Jalal was indulged in important political matters of DWK. Usually, Mallika-E-Hind would be their with him to consult, but since Jodha was ill, he was solving the cases himself.
As soon as the last case got over, Jalal immediately said, "Diwan E Khaas barkhast!". His happiness could be seen on his face. He literally ran out of DWK to be their with Jodha...😳
But Hamida wanted to test her son. So, she along with other harem women ( including Ruqs and Maham😡), decided to distract Jalal and waste his time.
"Jodha ke paas jaane se use jitna rok sakte hai rokiye." She ordered in a firm tone yet a wide smile didn't escape her lips. 😃
First Jiji Anga came in his way and tried to indulge him into some political matters. But our witty Jalal quickly solved her problem and went away. Jiji Anga was amazed while Hamida was 😃. Next Gulbadan came. SHe asked Jalal regarding Humayun Nama but Jalal immediately brushed her aside saying that she should consult Mariyam Makani. Maham and Ruqaiya were over confident that they would be able to lure Jalal. Maham decided to go and prove that SHE is more important to HIM than Jodha.
"Jalal.. Hume aapke mashware ki zaroorat hai. Hum Adham ke mamle mein aapse baat karna chahte hain. Hum use sudhaarna chahte hain lekin samajh nahi aa raha kya karein.. Aap kuch raaye dijiye hume." Jalal knew the matter was serious but how could he leave Jodha. So he wittily replied, "Badi Ammi Adham humara bhai hai aur aapka beta.. Isliye hume bharosa hain ki aap uske liye accha hi sochengi. " He greeted Maham and continued his way to her chamber. Maham was like 😡. Her blood boiled, she was ignored like this. But she kept her calm.
Ruqaiya smirked at her failure and said," Kyun Maham Anga, aap Jalal ki badi ammi ho kar bhi unhe rok nahi paayi.. Ab dekhiye hum unhe kaise rokte hain." Maham looked at her with that devil look of hers( Which she gave jalal as he punished her in DWK.) and said, " Zaroor Begum E Khaas.."
Ruqaiya hugged Jalal from behind and said, " Jalal... ab aap kaam mein inte mushroof rehte hain ki humare liye waqt hi nahi hai aapke paas. Chaliye naa aaj raat hum saath bitate hai. Chaliye." She started pulling Jalal but he quickly released his hand and said, " Muaf kijiye Ruqaiya hume jaana hoga.. Aadab" 😲

Ruqaiya's eyes wide open in shock. Never in her worst dreams she imagined Jalal to refuse spending a night with her...
" Jodha Begum!!!" She murmured and returned to Hamida.
Hamida was the happiest person in the world. She had confirmed that Jalal loves Jodha... loves her more than anything else!!
FLASHBACK ENDS.
"Jodha..." He said as he woke up from a peaceful sleep. Jodha realised that he is awake and said ( in a grumpy tone..) "Hmmm... shahenshah." But by the time she could wake up, Jalal had akready taken her in his arms. Jodha had got over her blush as he had hugged her almost 100 times in these few days.
" Jodha..." He whispered again in a sensual tone.
"Haan Shahenshah..." She replied lazily.
"Hum aaj bahut khush hai!! Aaj kitna maza aayega.. " He replied
" Aisa kya hai aaj Shahenshah jo aap itna khush hai?"
" Aap bhul gayi Jodha?? Aaj hume Ajmer Sharif jaana hai!" He was quite amazed as Jodha never forgot anything.
"Hey Krishn Bhagwaan. Hum kshama chahte hain Shahenshah humare dimaag se hi nikal gaya ... humne to kuch taiyaari bhi nahi karwayi ab hum kya karenge Shahenshah.. Hume Kshama kar dijiye Shahenshah.. Naa jaane kaise.." But before she could complete her sentence Jalal placed his fingers on her mouth and said, " Bus Jodha... Kuch nahi hua.. Aap itni fikr mat kariye. Humne tay ( decide) kiya hai ki hum ek aam aadmi ke roop mein ye safaar tay karenge.
Jodha's eyes gleamed listening to his decision. She immediately hugged him and whispered, " Aap bahut acche hain Shahenshah..." along with a kiss on his cheek.
" Aapse zyaada nahi Jodha..." He whispered and was about to kiss her as she broke the hug.
"Shahenshah.. Ammijaan ke atirikt kisi ko gyat nahi ki hum Ajmer Sharif jaa rahe hain?"
RUQAIYA'S CHAMBER
"KYA?? KYA KAHA TUMNE? JODHA BEGUM AUR SHAHENSHAH AJMER SHARIF JAA RAHE HAI? NAHI.. JALAL KE SAATH JODHA BEGUM NAHI.. HUM JAAYENGE.. HUM!!!!!!!!" Ruqaiya shouted as she slapped Hoshiyar and knocked out a vase.
After a few seconds, Ruqaiya composed herself and said, " Hoshiyaar jaao aur shahenshah se jaake kaho ki hum unse milna chahte hain."
"Ji Huzoor" He said with terrified voice and escaped the room.

Jalal got the paigam and headed for Ruqaiya's room. He had still not got over the MALLIKA E HINDUSTAN Issue and after getting the news of Ajmer Sharif trip, god knows what must be brewing in her mind.!
As soon as Jalal entered the chamber, Ruqaiya embraced him. Jalal didn't respond to the hug, he was still upset with her. Ruqaiya got the hint and immediately backed off. She said with a cheerful tone, " Shahenshah, Humne suna aap or aapki Sharik E hayaat ajmer Sharif jaa rahe hai.." She purposely said 'Sharik E hayaat' as she didn't want to say Jodhaa...
Jalal got what she's thinking and replied wisely, " Sahi suna aapne Ruqaiya.. Hum aur Jodha BEGUM ( Emphasizing on the word BEGUM) Ajmer Sharif jaa rahe hain.. ab agar aapko kuch aur kaam na ho to hume siyasi maslon par gaur farmana hai.. Aadab" Saying that he immediately left, leaving Ruqaiya in tears.
" Kyun Jalal? Pehle toh aap humse din bhar baatein karte the.. Phir ab humse inte kate kate kyun rehte hain aap?"

PALACE GATE
After completing DWK matters, Jalal headed to Palace Gate. Jodha, Hamida and other harem women were already there, except Ruqu. Her absence was quite surprising for everyone except Jalal. Jalal came and stood close to Jodha. Hamida took their balas and wished them a safe and peaceful journey.
Jodha sat in the grand palki of MALLIKA E HIND as Jalal rode a white horse.

Jalal wished to be beside her but he had to be in front for Her safety. After three hours the mughal convoy stopped for lunch. IT was scorching heat. Jodha was terribly thirsty. As Jodha was about to get out from the palki,Jalal offered his hand to help her come out. Jodha slightly blushed and with his help came out.
The sun was directly overhead. Jodha immediately turned her head and looked behind. Jalal noticed this and ran to get a glass of water for her. Jalal came with water and Jodha was very happy seeing his care for her. She herself was thirsty but knew that Jalal would need water too. So she offered it to Jalal but he refused it and said, " Jodha aapko pyaas lag rahi thi yeh leejiye paani pijiye." But Jodha shook her head in a no. She took the glass near his mouth and made him drink it. Jalal drank half of it and made Jodha drink water.
Jodha held his hand as they took a walk around. It was a beautiful Jungle. Melodious Birds were singing their heart out. Jodha and Jalal felt the true beauty of nature as they strolled around.
