After watching JA serial i realized how innocent people must feel when they are pronounced guilty without trial
This sujamal fiasco was majorly caused by Sujamal - 50% of it by coming to agra, forcing jodha to meet him again and again and fninally coming to palace as khwaja sera and then after being discoveredrunning to meet jodha. I will not blame MA here because sujamal, jodha have played into her hands. If you do crime then only others can exploit them.
Jodha was almost equal responsible as sujamal she went out many times to meet sujamal at dead night, then when sujamal met her still kept quiet when a herat broken jalal questioned her. Jalal only did what any man even in 21st century do when his dreams are broken he ranted, shouted, pushed and screamed. Even 21st century husband in such situation would do same. Atleast jalal gave her time til morning to leave.
Now comes jalal - he was at some fault especially for blindly trusting MA plot idea.
But like i said is jodha and sujamal had brains MA would never have used this to create a web of deciet.
But best part is all are starting to act as if Jodha is saint who can do not fault and jalal like his mother said is worst than devil. And suajmal too washed his hands off what great thing he achieved by all this no one knows culprit and shall never know it. They have played into MA/Sharifu/Adham Khan hands now. What if she was kidnapped and they blackmial Jalal/Bharamal to release her? Its Jalla fault too that he said leave but did not arrange anything for her to go back safely to parents/relatives house. Because of that Akbar/Bharamal are running around like bhul bhulaiya to search for her.
Already MA and Bairam Khan had made Akbar reputation spoilt by showcasing him as heartless killing machine from age of 13.
Akbar is trying and trying to come out of that label but his owmn family is most keen to make his reputation as bad as possible.
Now Akbar is like enemy of state on the run everyone is trying to traget him because he shouted at Jodha and she ran off agra fort. And where not to pparents, relatives, friends house but tooo an ashram.??? Is she having brain how upset her mom, dad, siblings will get? Should she not send message atleast to them she is fine and where????
This show has a grave fault. Any human until and unless he is inherently good inside cannot change no matter wife, love, parents anyone tries hard. If that would be case many criminals have very devoted wives, loving mothers or sisters. They should have changed but nooo majority do not. Only those who never wanted that life will attempt to change. And its no easy task. Same case is Akbar if he was not good from birth he would not have got so many reformist laws etc and treated everyone niicely. But this show is based on one premise jalal was a killing machine and jodha made him human. That concept itself is unbelievble for someone like Akbar who constantly changed and liked not only hnduism but also followed jainism and other religions.
Every human changes constantly every 3 years of 5 years because of life experiences, circumstances. That is what happened to Akbar.

There is one more catch here. A traitor is traitor whether brother/sister/son etc. So even if Akbar knew Jodha is meeting her brother by law she is grave crime meeting an declared traitor brother or not and he as emperor cannot do partiality and not act on wife while punishing common man gravely for such crimes. Sharifuddin case also she went to meet in jail without permission. Again sharifuddin could send message to bakshi or MA or adham or jalla himself why anyone will call a bhabhi to tll such message in jail. Even today girls going to jail is taboo all over world in those times even graver offence. Its like helping a criminal who has run from law in 21st century you also are liable to jail if you do not inform authorities even if you are meeting relatives. So in those times meeting traitor very big offence. Jodha may have a grouse against Akbar her husband but Akbar the emperor the cheif justice of empire cannot ignore these acts repeatedly because all will start questioning his partiality towards family members. How he will then dispense justrice to common man?
Another catch Shahenshah cannot show his emotions openly outside before subordinates because in those times a man crying/showing emotions was considered a sign of waekness. In 21st century people can cry openly and be seen as empathy not in those times. So better Akbar stops crying he can cry may be in his room/tent alone no tears in front of soldiers. He is not majnu, romeo etc he is Akbar who could take any big pain in life but would not show outside or would never break that is why he was so successful as king. He never allowed any emotions rule over his duties.
