Part 2

Disclaimer: It's all fiction, not all intending to hurt anyone's sentiments

"I don't regret loving you. I don't regret trusting you.
But I regret giving you the power to hurt me in a way that I will never be able to find my lost self."

It was Jodha indeed. She was quite taken aback by the erroneous allegations that Shahenshah had put on her. She sat there with damp eyes and poignant memories of
that haunting night.

" Tumne jo samjha, tumne jo jaana..
Sach hai ki woh sach nahin tha..
Hoth sile the, keh nahin paayi..
Naa ruthoge, ye yakeen tha.."

She wasn't cross with Shahenshah but still felt aggrieved. If only she could see him one last time before evicting herself from his life and mahal forever..
Her sight fell on the plates of gulaal kept nearby. They reminded her of the first time when she participated in the Meena Bazaar and had put gulaal on showcase.
She looked back at her first Holi at Agra, the row she got into by throwing gulaal at Maham by gaffe. Even Shahenshah had jeered at her for the mishap.
That memory evoked an image of Shahenshah roaring at her, two nights ago, inculpating her of an offense she'd never perpetrated.
She couldn't get over that heinous night.
A distressed Jodha gazed at the upbeat crowd, devoid of any mien. She knew that she'll never see Shahenshah again, but just couldn't extrude his thoughts from her
heart, the way he had ousted her out from his mahal and his heart. A moist mist built up in her weary eyes.
She got up to go, clasping her Kanha's idol, to a place where destiny would take her.

Very well written! Both the parts were nicely described. Loved how you played with the words! But dude write long parts, especially 2nd one, its a bit short :/
Both jalal and jodha's pain was explained amazingly in both the updates!
Waiting for the next!

Yup. Just wanted to emphasize Jalal and Jodha's emotions separately. I guess thats why they were short. Will go for a long update next time. 😃
