He is still not in love but he is on his way... He wanted to comfort her so he hug her... he knew she will be upset but at that time she needed a shoulder to cry on so... he hugged her... Radha also realize she got upset at him for no reason...

Yes... This part has so much meaning to future... Radha is not willing to forgive at any cost... and Jallad/ beast wants to change... yes beast and Jalllad is same...
