Actually there was no need to bring that guy's love life issue to compare both situations ... In that guy's case he was in love with this girl and wanted to marry her over his friend but now he feels betrayed and wants to go back to her friend ... But in Jalal's case both friend Ruqaiyya and future love Jodha r already married to Jalal only 😳😆 and also Jalal and Jodha r yet to confess their love , so the question of Jodha cheating on Jalal dont really arise .. 🤔... Jalal can feel betrayed that Jodha is hiding something from him despite all the trust he has put in her but the question of cheating cannot really arise when love confession itself dint happen and they r not yet living like husband-wife either ..so I will call it more of a time waste episode with that silly comparison

Jyoti, I suspect this whole Mazhar katrha has been brought for dialogue maroing with double meanings! Other than that I don't see any value or comparison even as you say. Here both are already Jala's wives, so just a question who is the friend and who is the love of his life. Waise poor Aziza got the dialogue that Jalal must have practised in his mind many times to give to Jodha!

Anyways the stage is now set for the big confrontation between both with Jalal finally raising up the question to Jodha today ... I guess Jodha will remain quiet and will b almost shocked seeing Jalal doubting her character and she might silently leave from there followed by jungle track 🤔...

And will Sujamal enter the Haveli in disguise of a bandhi or khawaja shera types to catch the real culprit 🤔 .. Then he might sacrifice his life to save Jalal and before dieing he might also tell about Jodha's innocence after which Jalal might go in search of Jodha in the jungle 🤔...

Yes the popular opinion on the Forum seems to be that Jodha may use that secret surang which Jalal has shown her ... and yes, Sujamal may wear "stree vesh" and apply for the job as eunuch/baandhi! As you sa a big recruitment drive is happening in the city market!


I wonder if Shariff will get caught and this might turn bakshi bano negative against Jodha ... we can already see she gets a bit turned off hearing Jodha's name off late since she knows Shariff lusts for Jodha ...

See one very good theory by somebody is that since Sujamal will be hired as a baandhi to help Bakshi Bano, he may see two things: one, he may see Sharif plotting to kill Jalal with the arrow (as per Tatasky spoiler, Sujamal is going to take the arrow and save Jalal) ... and two, Sujamal may see this Jodha painting done by Sharif and get to know that this man is leching after Jodha. When Sujamal takes the arrow for Jalal and saves him he may get a chance to tell his whole side of the story and he may also give these painting wala info to Jalal. So when Jalal runs after the jungle-bound Jodha, he may get extra running speed caused by Sharif ka leching imaginations.

I dont see Maham getting caught since the way she brainwashed Jalal , she can easily say just like him , she too thought Jodha is meeting someone else plus she even told Jalal that even if Jodha is meeting Sujamal , still its rule breaking only ... so Maham will go scotfree again

Human brain is so complicated. I will shed some light on one more aspect of what is going inside Jalal's head.

The kind of reaction Jodha brings out of Jalal is unique. He is used to being around people who are flawed and seems to be comfortable with he fact his relationships with them is nowhere close to perfect . I am sometimes surprised that he has very little expectations from people close to him.

Rukaiya is a 'friend' but is never around when he is in the dumps. He knows it and never seems to complain about it.

Salima a loyal friend and a guide...nothing more.

Hamida bano is a mother who was not around when he needed her the most but he seems to have forgiven her for that.

BB is an emotionally weak sister who can never be someone he can count on.

Badi Ammi ...he is not stupid...he never consults her over certain matters . He loves and trusts her but is not completely oblivious to her bias towards certain people.

Adham khan is a good for nothing foster brother who is a good fighting machine...nothing more.

But that is not the case with Jodha. He secretly wants a perfect relationship with her. She brings out the best and the worst in him. Most of us are surprised at his current state of mind and behavior.

He is clearly falling apart...why? Because she is not confiding in him? However, a few things are very clear...

1 . He knows that if she is hiding something but believes that there has be a very good reason for that...that is why the repeated concern for her safety.

2. He is sure that she is not back stabbing him or cheating on him. Someone else touching her bothers him but not to the extent of pulling out his sword right away and kill the man and/ or jodha.

3. Deep down he believes that she is not telling him the facts because she is afraid of him and his reaction. His jungle ka Sher is always alone because people are scared of him waala dialogue gives us the answer.

3. Despite badi ammi's best efforts, I think he still strongly suspects that the person she is meeting is most likely Sujamal.

4. He knows how she values relationships and breaks all rules to do the right thing...he couldn't stop her from going to BB when she was nazarband or even SD, the man she had every reason to hate, when there was a threat to Jalal's life

5. Deep down he knows that she is very attached to her brother and strongly believes that that her brother is not guilty of the two major crimes he was accused of ( Peeth ke peeche waar and attempt on Jalal's life... Attacking another army for land was something common in hose days...Haapened a lot in Rajputana and Jalal himself was doing the same thing... ).

6. The DEK scene, he did not question Aziza's love for Mazhar. Nor did he say anything to suggest that she was having an affair...To him, her crime was that she hid facts from Mazhar. That is why he did not punish her. She lost the man she loves ( though he said the opposite )...and that's her biggest punishment.

Now for someone who doesn't have a lot a expectations from his other loved ones ( they can be accused of bigger crimes), why is he so resless and almost falling apart for Jodha hiding something from him. For those familiar with the cause and effect theory in psychology will understand that the effect( he looks like a zombie) is disproportionate to the cause( she hid a fact and probably for a good reason). ...a normal reaction would be confront her and punish her . We are all wondering why he is not confronting her( will finally happen tomorrow but is delayed by a week) ...of course the fear that she'll MU him. But this and the extreme disappointment stem from another reason as well...subconsciously he has accepted her as his soulmate. For those of us who have been in love understand what a beautiful feeling it is to realize that you have found your soulmate. In the initial stages of this realization, there is an expectation that, this will be a perfect relationship...no fights, lies or hurt...complete trust and transparency...life gradually teaches you that this is not always the case. Soulmates fight too. But Jalal is still in that initial delicate stage when the smallest blow can completely shatter that beautiful feeling . That is what is happening with Jalal...he feels lost and the sense of loss is over the fact that he was wrong ...his relationship with Jodha is not perfect ...therefore, he does not have a soulmate...and will probably never will . That is earth shattering for him.

Can you also shed some light on why Jodha is not talking to him about the growing distance between them and the reason why Jalal seems so distressed and why he keeps hinting that she is lying?

She did try once after leaving the harem but did not quite finish the job. In fact, Jodha doesn't discuss matters much with Jalal though he keeps harping about them, like the shove and the poison drinking. She seems to believe silence is golden and it's better not to argue with him than risk losing his friendship.
