Before getting to today's episode, I wanted to thank everyone over the past day for a very fruitful set of discussions on what is trust and the strength of the Jodha and Jalal relationship. I love this forum 😊

Today's episode further shed light on this and I found it satisfying episode on multiple dimensions, particularly as I saw Jalal succeeding as a husband, on his own.

Actually I was disappointed. The track is butchering Jodha character. It is out of sync with the true character of Jodha and now its turning her into a dissembler🤢.

So, without any ado, let me get to today's take 5, a true countdown as the last scene was truly the best one for me:

(5) First Jodha-Jalal interaction: I liked this interaction for the continued concern and care Jalal shows on Jodha. If I had not seen Jalal wondering what was Jodha doing later in the episode, I would have guessed he knew and was waiting for her to open up. While the CVs are covering Jodha's mistake with Sujamal's promise, Jodha has made a mistake by hiding this from Jalal. Luckily, at least they showed Jodha apologetic and apologizing in her mind as he left (Shraddha, I think they heard you)

Just like yesterday Jodha didn't share with Jalal today too. It may be justified by the vachan thing but these are all excuses and a sign of turning into a dissembler. Today she takes one more step towards a big blunder in her marital relationship. Remember what Jalal told Jodha today that "doosro ki parvah karte karte aap apna nuksan na kar le" that is hint to the degree of hurt Jalal will undergo and the harm she is inflicting upon their relationship.

(4) The gems in Agra paagalkhana: I know CVs cannot all the screen space to Jodha and Jalal but why not spending more time on Atgah Khan and Jiji Anga. It shows a normal husband-wife relationship which is rare on this show 😆 But amidst all the scheming of MA and screeching of Ruqs, it is great to see such people who so selflessly love Jalal. Atgah who wants to show himself fit and fine to bring relief to Jalal and Jiji Anga who shared how she had given her milk to Jalal as well but saw it as a bond and not dhood ka karz. What a foil to the Maham Anga scene we had seen right before. I hope their son will continue to be a positive force in Agra once Atgah's inevitable end happens.

Atga Khan recovering was a positive sign- he is the only true loyal and caring person of Jalal. Perhaps Sharif may be identified or Jodha may share with him the info she got from Sujamal. Atga's son Azia Koka may enter the show at some point😆😆 if the SWs free their minds from the vicious tracks- all about affairs, babies and lust

(3) Jalal's immediate reaction to MA and Jodha's truth: Jalal (and Rajat) nailed this scene. There was sadness and questions in Jalal's eyes but not a drop of anger. MA can no longer easily rile up Jalal about Jodha and it was satisfying to watch. Contrast this to the earlier Jalal, and you will definitely see a big difference. The sad ishq hai woh ehsaas was a beautiful touch. Sad for all of us but definitely shows the signs of an understanding husband.

Sadness toh hogi hi, poor guy discovered his heart, fell in love and developed trust and faith for the woman who not only is strictly into touch me not phase but also hides her feelings and sultanate related matters.

(2) Maham can no longer read Jalal at all: While we could all read Jalal's sadness, this is where MA is failing now- she can no longer read Jalal's expressions and reactions. She is expecting an immediate "dhamaka" but she does not recognize that her old Jalal has changed so much. Also, can I remind you, every time MA has predicted a big dhamaka, e.g., Shivani fiasco, it has fizzled out. In addition, she continues to fly too high by twisting the truth on Suja. Clear signs of failure.

I liked Maham presentation of the whole meeting👏👏 Ashwini was back with a bang, she got a good scene. Maham does manage to hurt Jalal but she is not privy to two facts- Jalal has fallen in love and Jodha will be MUZ.😆😆

(1) Jalal's trust in Jodha: The last scene was the highlight for me. Jalal passed the trust test ... He realizes that Jodha cannot have bad intentions. And as a true husband, is worried about her safety. Today, no matter what happens tomorrow, I am satisfied. This is what we were waiting for: Jalal to trust Jodha even after being instigated by MA, having the leaf letter as proof there is truth to what MA is saying, and no Salima Begum to advise him. He has past the test with flying colors. What a beautiful scene and CVs I thank you for showing this today instead of dragging it till tomorrow! Hats ofd!

Jalal had already passed the tests but problem is Jodha is not even attempting. The SWs are showing her as a stuck up woman and decimating her true character which we saw in the grina face. This track is completely Jodha journey but how the SWs twist and turn it remains to be seen.

Tomorrow, Jalal may get angry at Jodha but he has every right to get angry- she has hidden the truth from him despite repeatedly asking and putting her security and the sultanate's security at risk. Whenever Jalal has made a mistake in the past, Jodha has been upset with him and Jalal has apologized- why can we not expect the same from Jodha?

Jalal has all right to get angry, fume and may punish her. Perhaps he will not talk to her till she understands the gravity of her actions. Jodha apologising and repenting should be shown.

I think she needs to learn an important lesson of trusting her husband. Since Jalal is passing the trust test with flying colors, I think this is the last step before the love confession we are all waiting for.

Jodha has to understand the importance of marriage ( esp in 16th century) Menawati must give a lecture again.😆 Only then she will value Jalal as husband.

Perhaps confession may happen at the end of the track, if we go with the flow but I am doubtful.

All this Jodha hiding stuff from Jalal ...being worried about the repercussions etc...is just drama-driven stuff...when really has Jodha otherwise been afraid of going against Jalal lately...never...even when they weren't on good terms, she defiantly used to go to meet Shareef in the prison and then told him about it too... she's never even flinched while solving harem issues one after another and always stuck to her guns...she should know her shehenshah by now - that if she went about it the right way, he will listen to her...

after all, he's always been partial to his ameri mirchi... 😛
