no ,she wasn't sure Jallu will vote for Ruku or her... but she made sure he votes for Ruku... and that way she won his trust and support...

anyway, he only had made efforts, rather pushed her to participate, and when she did it he supported her , so she must be sure, he will support her...and after that murti scandal, Jalal would never support Ruku, even Ruku will be sure of it...
