May be, he himself did not realize what he was saying that time but I couldn't convince myself to not call it love. I respect your point of view and I appreciate you for putting forth your point but I beg to differ in this regard.

Hi , Reemi. Wonderful writeup 😊 . Right now, from where I stand Jalal is far ahead in his feelings of Mohabbat for Jodha. He always was highly attracted to Jodha from first sight which gradually became into deep love. He did confess this too on his bday night to Jodha after the Tansen jashn, but unfortunately Jo didnt hear it or thought it was some drunken raving. So now he s hesitant to approach her to say it again, scared for his heart which will pain from the rejection & scared for his beizzati as a shahenshah too.

Jodha s still lagging behind in the prem scales, she s only now talking it aloud in relation with Jalal & that too after much prompting from Moti. She has some ways to go before reaching where Jalal is standing on the love stakes. Hope we get to see some enjoyable scenes on the way to their love realisation & confession 😳
