Now whether Sujamal was involved or if this was done by the other Rajvanshis - that is debatable - but going by the way Jalal has been blamed for the atrocities of his soldiers and by the magnanimity that Jalal has shown by taking the responsibility of such acts even though they did not have his sanction - by the same yardstick neither Sujamal can deny responsibility nor can Jodha argue for clemency for Sujamal - Jab Jodha nei Jalal ko isi baat ke liye itna kuch kaha hai toh how can the yardstick now change for Sujamal?!?!?!

Divya, I too like this serial more than Movie for the reasons -

1. Because I think serial is atleast trying to depict real history(Yes, noone is 100% what happened, but atleast to certain extent- thanks to Abhay for brigning facts from history and relate to this serial)

2. I like Rajat more than Hrithik (sorry if there are ny Hrithik fans)

3. Unlike movie, the serial is showing Jalal-Jodha relation is a slow and steady pace

This was definitely the best episode of the week. It set the stage nicely for a lot of drama next week. Though the focus was harem politics, there were many other little things that added flavor to the episode like the slavery issue, the child, Surjamal's doings etc

I liked the Jalal-Jodha talk over Surjamal. If now, Jodha tries to meet Surjamal, the ire of the emperor she will get will be totally well deserved.

You are right about Sujamal. But you see what if Sujamal meets her on way to the temple. She is not the one who wll meet him at her will but if comes in front of her suddenly..what is she going to do in that case???? I think that is what is going to happen and Jalal will mis understand that she went to meet him...
