This week was snooze fest. Everyday I rush to catch the epi, making sure that I don't even miss a minute of it. But after the episode is over I have this feeling of dissatisfaction wash over me that I am unable to shake off.

I pondered over what has gone wrong with my favorite serial and reached a conclusion. The serial is stuck in a loop.

It has been more than 6 months since the show started and yet the story hasn't moved substantially forward.

Each and every character (aleast on the Mughal side) is back at the starting line.

Sorry but I am not bored 😊

I am enjoying the little bits and pieces of AkDha that we get and the fact that they are focusing complete epis this week on this BEK election timepass gives me hope that it will finish jaldi jaldi too. Also if the PH and creatives indeed have changed or the old ones are still there but under a lot of pressure I would like to give them some time to get everything under control 😃

Even i love their romance from the nok-jhoks to the intense talks 😃 But their scenes together are really less though the show is named after them. Instead we get stupid AK-MA, MA-Ruqu, Shariff-Abul Mali, Javeda, Resham singing etc scenes in excess that add nothing to the story

Could be the reason for the slower episodes this week. Hopefully yahi ho

BEK issues are giving me a headache 🤢

Being the obnoxiously positive fool that I am, i just find something funny in the scenes that have headache potential. For example the 16th century female wrestling match or catfight we got to see yesterday in that longish scene. I just imagined Jallu walking in on that scene instead of Ruqs, now would he have enjoyed the match or tried to stop it????? 😆

Jallu would have totally enjoyed it. Always has to see AK tear men apart in wrestling matches, yahan pe kuch aur hi tear hota 😉

And Jo would have launched into another SKLL bhashan upon seeing Jallu's non-interference 😆
