If this is some trick to escape the wrath of the Karni Sena, surely this will not work. Will those people be fooled by some cosmetic changes, when control is still in Ekta's hands.

For a new show Production house may matter a lot, but JA is already well established and it will have the full support of ZEE as it is their highest rated show by a long margin.
