I feel that Jalal's position is quite difficult right now.

On one side is Jodha, who is his newly discovered Love. Being in love is it self a tender and vulnerable time for anyone, especially when you do not know if the other person is in the same wavelength or not. But, it is extra difficult for a person like Jalal. He feels in extreme..either hatred or love.

On the other side, there is Ruq. His childhood friend and who was there with him throughout.

Who, till now, was the most important person in his life. She was the one constant in his life who he knew will always be loyal and stand by him. He indulged her every tantrum, every wishes. He has encouraged her Audha obsession (he himself was obsessed with it till recently). He had encouraged her hate towards Jodha, as recently as Ben track.

Now, he has a change of heart. He is now in between his childhood friend and his Love. He is still learning how to balance the two important ladies in his life .Also compartmentalize them in his life and make sure they both know where they stand. Mind, till now he only had Ruq to indulge in and look after.

Being an astute person, he knows Ruq and her thought process. Till now he did not find anything wrong in that. Only when he is with Jodha, that he is realizing what he wants, he is exploring himself and his innser desires right now..of a wife, of a companion and of a person who is equal to him in all respects. Only now he is thinking what Jalal wants, not what Shehenshah wants.

He will not and does not wnat to hurt his dear childhood friend in this process. He does not want her to feel abandoned. So, he is learning how to be with Jodha, without hurting Ruq much. He is does not like what Ruq says or how she bahaves. But, he knows he can not change her. He knows that Ruq is like a country with Nuclear weapon. And he has to tread diplomatically if he wants long range results. He can make her shut up now. But what will happen to Jodha once they are back in Agra. What will happen to Jodha when he is not around to help Jodha. He has seen Ruq removing Jodha from her hojra behind his back. So, he has to do this carefully. But this is still a new thing and he is still learning.

What Ruq did in the end of the episode was totally uncalled for and actually unforgivable. However, Jalal was not present when Ruq sent Jodha away. I just hope that Jalal comes to know of Ruq's part in this. Till now he has only seen Jodha saying that she wants to go outside and

she is not happy for some reason. So, lets see what he will do. I do hope that he questions Ruq's behaviour and be with Jodha the entire night.

Kshithi, good points... Yaa till yesterday Jalaal insulted JO & also didn't bother if Ruqu & MA also insult her... Infact Jalaal knows Ruqu is auda consicous, & also he is also like her and encouraged her being MEK all the time... Jalaal knows very well how ruqu treats other Begums in haram except Salima before JO came into picture... He doesn't have any problem that time also & now till BEN track he didn't argue against Ruqu...

Now Jalaal is going to face the problem to handle both his begum, one who is dear friend & was there with him when he is nothing & he shares everything with her... There JO his love, who now only started to understand her, seeing her calm, pleasing, understanding, adjusting, being his wife to him as a commoner... She didn't complaint anything in this trip infact both of them enjoying the trip ... Jalaal feelings are growing for JO and he knows she is the one who can love him without any Auda...

He already felt displeased to see Ruqu there he can't say anything to her, I didn't find any wrong in yesterday episode.. Hope monday he gets to know that Ruqu said to JO & simply tell Ruqu she can sleep in that bed, as JO needs him, as she is just recovering and stay beside JO... He has show through actions that JO is also his Begum, and she did save his life and he is responsible for her health...

I think soon he will going to face that he can't simply pamper Ruqu, and he has to standup for JO even if Ruqu feels bad also, he can't let anyone insult his love...

His love of Jodha and care for Jodha is on one side. But I am talking of his tolerance of bad behaviour from Ruq on another side. Even if we take Jodha out of the equation, would we not tell a badly behaved close frined to try and change their behaviour as it may upset other people? On pure humanitarian grounds, whether or not he loves Jodha, he should have a word with Ruq that she has to change her behaviour and be less mean and rude. At least if he was such a good friend of Ruq, for Riq's sake he should advise her? Let him say it kindly or angrily ... but let him tell Ruq this is unacceptable!

ONE THING I OR ADD. JALAL IS A KING, AS A KING HIS DUTY IS TO SAVED ALL KINGDOM &THEIR PERSONS.

However I have just would like to share one point here with regard to Jalal's silence during Ruqaiya's cheap mentality be it during Meal preparation or bed preparation. He is using the best therapy in the world for Ruauiya's outburst. That is IGNORANCE. When you know something is being done deliberately to induce some response so that, the otehr can pounce and damage something is much precious. Here whatever Ruqu doing is to make either Jodha or Jalal to question her wrong doing and so she can pour her ill intentions or bad mouth the other there by hurting Jodha.

If Jodha question then ruqu will show her high handedness and try to demean JOdha in her eyes by saying, see you have been appreciating her for enjoying the Aam admi life but she is not ready to sleep outside like a commoner and prefer the cozy bed while I was right in saying I prefer my Begum status. If Jalal try to reprimand her, then also she will blame Jodha forthe change in him and will blame her for stealing HER JALAL and set him against his best friend, BEK etc. End of the day Jodha would have to face the consequences.

Jalal is good in analyzing people's behavior. If he can silence Ruqu's indifference towards Jodha for the rest of the journey just by sharing bed with Ruqu for a while that is better than leaving her raged. He knows the mind set of Ruqu as she lived with him since childhood and what is the point in telling something (advise) to Ruqu who doesn't understand that. Moreover it is wise to keep quite when the opposite party is pouring fire rather than try to justify or give some advise. That will aggravate the situation. When the person doesn't get the expected response, he (she) himself will realize that whatever I had been doing is not affecting the other so it would be better for me to keep quite. Here Ruqu will realize the fact that though Jalal didn't say a word against her arrangement, he was not happy with it either and hence he could not sleep with her inside while Jodha was outside. So her intentions of Having Jalal with her for the whole night has made it otherwise and he is staying away from her and keep a watch on Jodha and there by she will realize, if she has to have Jalal with her, she needs to have a good relation with Jodha.

It is just like a mother fears when her son gets married and gets irritated at her DIL thinking she will steal her son for ever. That itself will make the son drift away from his mother and silently support his wife. So if the mother wants to have her son's unaltered love, then she has to learn to accept her DIL with open heart. That realization will happen to Ruqaiya during this journey (may not be immediately)

Good points Jaya...👍🏼... Ruqu now doesn't understand, infact she will feel much more anger on JO... Hope at least Jalaal tells Ruqu, she can sleep on the bed, but JO needs him, as she is just recovering from health & also he is responsible as she is his Begum... I want Jalaal to stress to Ruqu clearly that JO is also his begum he can't leave her alone as she is his responsibility...

Good episode! but could have been much much better if Jalal did not ask Jo where she is going to sleep isn't it his responsibility to look after the arrangements ? but lets wait till monday.
