So here are the top 5 things I liked about the episode today:(1) First and foremost, I am happy that Jalal-Jodha got rid of their entourage and were alone for most of the episode. Loved the little things our jodi did out of concern for each other:- Jodha gave up her jewels to save Jalal from whipping (Rajat was amazing in the way he emoted this scene- Jalal hated she had to do this for him. It reminded me of the scene on the way to Ajmer they had stopped to give a donation and Jalal refused to let Jodha give away her jewels)- Jalal set up a fire and created a foot pack for Jodha (I love how Jodha looked at him with happiness and warmth as he was doing this)- Jalal's concern when she burned her hands making chapathis (maybe Ishq hai woh ehaaas was too much for this scene but I liked it nonetheless)- The icing on the cake was when he asked about her hand- she said that pain was nothing compared to the happiness of him asking about her 😊Yes Divya. All the above were really nice. I also liked the following:- Jail scene where Jodha was cutely laughing at Jalal when the other thug told something like "Kavve ke chonch mei mothi".- The way Jalal asks Jodha whether she is hungry and the way she just silently looks at him. But still Jalal realizing that she is very hungry and getting impatient and asking for food. That was also really cute.- Jalal reassuring Jodha that he is with her and so she does not need to worry when they were approching the banjarans.(2) The shove continues: the CVs must have a big ace up their sleeve on this one as they bring it up so many times. When Jodha says he cannot touch his feet, he again refers to the Night (what else are Rajvanshi shauhars not allowed to do) and the Shove (referring to how she may do it again)- again Jodha silently observes but this time you could see real sadness in her eyes. Either Jodha is trying to figure out how to address this or the CVs. 😉- Please CVs clear this MU. I had enough of this Dhakka. Both of them need to know that there is no fault of the other in that incident. Jodha was really hurt today(3) Jodha imagines Jalal in the Rajasthani dance. I liked this for two reasons: before it was Jalal who was imagining Jodha in various dances / places and now it is Jodha imagining Jalal. Her imagining Jalal in a Rajasthani dance highlights seems to highlight how she is accepting him as her own.
- The way Jodha smiles after that was way too cute. I love this Jodha and I can see Jalal falling in love with her more and more 😊(4) Yet another person recognizes Jodha's love for Jalal. The banjaaran lady recognizes her love in wanting to make chapathis for her husband. How many people need to tell our dear Jodha before she accepts it?(5) Precap: Loved the scene as we always want Jodha tending to Jalal and how she feels his pain this time. I hope she soon understands his pain from her Shove if she has not already.Through this trip, I think Jodha is continuing to understand why Jalal is the hardened person he is. He grew up a soldier and I guess tomorrow something related to Sher Shah Suri will come up. Also, her expression when he says he lost the opportunity to face his own rules, it looks like she was discovering a new side of Jalal. I think this will allow Jodha to open up to Jalal even more.
- Very cute scene again (Jodha tending Jalal one). Jalal saying "aap kyon siskiya le rahi hai?" was also nice. This was the first time Jodha was shown so affected by Jalal's hurt. She was always shown affected by anybody getting hurt. But this time she really felt the pain.- You can see the depth in Jalal's character when he says that he would have liked to face the consequences of his own rules. He was really upset at that time and Jodha realized that and she is slowly understanding how great this emperor is.In other news, it is my Dad's 60th birthday tomorrow 😊 so may not be able to respond to all your posts but looking forward to reading them and will respond as soon as I can.So, what did you love about today's episode?
Dear Divya. Nice post again. My comments are in line below. Thanks Vani. A few additional thoughts in italics:
One thing I want to mention about the voiceovers- this is this the third time they mention a looong night that will change Akfha's life. First, it was the soul talk before the Ben wedding, then the night Jodha was literally "roasted" for a lack of a better phrase, and then in today's episode. It looks every night is going to be khaaas for this jodi so CVs better come up with a new voiceover. 😉Did anyone else notice this?🤣 At this stage what could be a khaas raat between leads? seems a bit too early for THAT though! So here are the top 5 things I liked about the episode today:(1) First and foremost, I am happy that Jalal-Jodha got rid of their entourage and were alone for most of the episode. How many people need to tell our dear Jodha before she accepts it?The whole place... plus don't forget the number of people who conveniently keep bringing up the topic of Jalal-Jodha Begum love story to these two too 😆 Like Aam janta discusses nothing else much! Akbar's raajya must already be a very easy-going prosperous one... if people had little else to talk about!(5) Precap: Loved the scene as we always want Jodha tending to Jalal and how she feels his pain this time. Jalal might bring up how he'd lost his older sister forever in that battle... wonder if it'd lead to some tender moments between the two... since Jo is very close to her family (though she's also forgotten about her sister for now😆)In other news, it is my Dad's 60th birthday tomorrow 😊 so may not be able to respond to all your posts but looking forward to reading them and will respond as soon as I can.Happy Birthday Uncle 🥳So, what did you love about today's episode?ALL OF IT 🤗
