And did you see in the precap? When she sees his wound, she winces in pain as if that was on her back & not Jalal's.

Which makes Jalal say, "kya hua Jodha Begum? Ghau Hume laga hain, aur dard Aapko ho rahaa hain." 😳

Both these scenes were beautiful.

I loved them too. It is these scenes that bring out their love better than every tom dick and harry proclaiming - ' bahut mohabbat hai'

🤗 Thanks a lot for sharing😳. So it wasn't a one off decision by Bharmal, he had calculated it. Zaheer 's eyes being gouged out was so painful and Bairam Khan is the one responsible for Jalal's cruelty.

And yeah you are right😆😆 Sharif would have been history.

One thing is clear that Jalal had two most trusted people, Abdul and Zaheer. Now where is Abdul? He too wanted Jalal to have someone of his own and just surmising that he knew Jalal had fallen for Jodha😉😆

Jodha Akbar no 1 in TRPs👏👏 congrats to the JA team, PH, channel and the loyal viewers.

Later, when they are all in Agra, Mahaam has Zaheer, who has meanwhile been imprisoned by Bairam Khan for allegedly saying that Jalal was a puppet and Bairam Khan was the real ruler, is poisoned in the prison by Resham. acting on Mahaam's orders. Mahaam later puts the blame for this death on Bairam Khan, by asserting that Zaheer committed suicide due to the ill treatment by Bairam Khan.

Chugtai Khan tells Bhaarmal that Ashareef has his lust fixed on Jodha, Bhaarmal is shocked & then he he says it is good that the Emperor will marry her because now no-one can do anything.

Thanks for the clarification dear😳. Yes Sharif ka sar kalam kar diya jata😆😆 You are right, Jalal had instinctively fallen for Jodha and that's why all his actions related to her have been different from his usual ones.

On Rajat weight gain, well in earlier episode, he is shown to be cruel and shrewd which was so visible from his face. Perhaps it may be deliberate to make him put on weight to soften that up as pe the story track of him rediscovering himself and becoming a better king. He can work to be a bit more fit that would suit as he is looking plumpy😆.

Paridhi has lost weight and is so thin now. But well the trend is for ultra slim actresses.

If they are so much stuck to reality they should have finalised on actors who looked like the originals. A not very very handsome Jalal and an extremely beautiful Jodha. When they have Rajat and Pari for the lead pair these dialogues look like a misfit.

As for what you said earlier about Ruqaiya, yes this screeching Ruqaiya is exasperating indeed and HAS to learn her lesson. But why do they have to make her screech and then teach her a lesson.

Isn't Jodha's goodness and courage alone enough for the viewers to like her and Jalal to love her like crazy. Why are the 'Jodha beautiful' 'Jodha devi' 'Jodha loves' cards popping up all the time? Her inherent goodness alone will suffice for her to be the centre of Jalal's life. Everybody else need not be stamped bad to achieve that.

I had said this in Aunty's previous thread that "Had jalal been portrayed as a bull headed warrior with no brains at the start we might have accepted the tasneem track without complaints. But after having shown him as a shrewd politician he was made to look like an idiot there to glorify jodha. So we were more angry with the makers than the character. Similarly had ruqaiya always been the screecher we wouldn't have even cared for her. But after portraying her as one charming hurt and intelligent lady with royalty oozing in her every step, reducing her to what she is suddenly without any reason also comes across as the cvs attempt to jodha mata ki jai rather than her fault."

I wish this Ruqaiya as a character could have been portrayed more gracefully and handled sensitively instead of this run-of-the-mill vamp portrayal.

Since you mention history, Akbar would have never handed his favourite grandson Khurram whom he loved the most to Ruqaiya to be brought up by her if he had lost trust or affection for her. And not having a child Ash, is no proof of the relation having fallen apart.

But I agree with you fully that THIS screecher has to be put in place by Jalal. Wish he does that with grace.

During Sukanya's wedding when Jodha and Jalal were doing the vidhis the difference was so glaring. She wasn't even half as good looking. But at night, when the rat king was shaken to his bones, the make up and light department did their homework well and Pari looked gorgeous again.

It is a pity that no one praises Jalal's handsome looks IN THE SERIAL except for that sabse choti shehzaadi.

Succinctly said!! I find it mean. Rajat is far better looking than Pari which is not to say that Pari isn't good-looking, of course she is. But when in comparison, Rajat out-shines her here too!!!

Teddy bear ( your words have caugh on & how, San!! 😉) bear or any other sort of animal, he still exudes such charisma , charm & handsomeness that it can make any woman go weak in her knees!! Then where are the young girls & women for Jalal?

At the least they should've had Big Ben spout some khoobsoorti dialogues for Jalal! 🤣

As per history, Jalaluddin was Not a handsome man, he had big mole near his nose and had mongoloid features.

Jodha is said to be beautiful but not extraordinary.

She was very beautiful, yes. Most beautiful? Umm no. Am sure there were many more women esp for the Emperor of Hindustaan that out-shined even Jodha in their Beauty!!

The most beautiful Rajputana lady was Raani Padmini. And Sanyogita too. 😳

Exactly, San ( I think I am getting tired of saying this every time we chat on threads 🤣)

I loved the way Rajat flnches! So realistic! Nothing ott or dramatic about that in the least.

These subtle gestures & ideas are what have made JA NO. 1. It still stands miles away from any other show on TV & that is primarily because of the leads in particular RT's BRILLIANCE & the fantastic dialogue writers. Does anyone who is the writer??

WHY CAN THEY NOT UNDERSTAND THIS?! 😡
