I don't think so. I think MA will instigate Ben asking her to get sympathy from Jalal and Ben will do so in DEK. and as Ruku has already instigated Jallu (as per her plan with MA) Jallu will declare his marriage with Ben so as to protect her izzat.

Ela, i fear, the marriage will take place and it will be SR of Ben-Jallu, when Jo will kill Ben

I think MA will give an idea to ben that she should behave like victim n side by side instigate rukku for making jalal agree to marry ben

I'd posted this elsewhere...but, thought it fit somehow here too...Jalal is behaving like this due to extreme jealousy! What is he jealous of?

You are jealous of something you don't have but something that you desperately want! Of something that seems to be a hands reach away and yet never close enough to come into your grasp. Of something that others are able to claim to have and yet you don't, though you FEEL you should be the first to truly 'possess' that thing... Of the fact that you've been able to achieve everything else in the world BUT the one thing that you want most...

In this case it is Jodhas love...

Jalal can see how his wife has accepted everyone else in his family BUT HIM and this despite the fact that he's been by her side (ever since the MC kaand) more than anyone else in his family...THAT nights incidents have worsened it to such an extent that he's become totally blind to all sense of rationality now!

In a way, Jodhas 'tapas' of bringing her husband back from death's jaws - much like our mythological Goddesses is possibly what would help him realize his feelings for her and hers for him!

Waise, it's not unusual for the serials hero to do all such things to his lady love - humiliate her, spurn her, the entire family stand against her (even her loved ones), acting like he has feelings for another etc till one FINE day the truth comes out and then the hero runs off to make amends...in fact, I don't think there is one serial where I HAVENT seen this happen...

I guess we are reacting strongly reacting because we expected different from JA...maybe this is not even the worst to come yet!

I don't think Ben will try to bite Jalal anytime soon because then Jodha would be proved right and it would be very difficult for Ben to escape from the Mughal Sultanate. She may actually like the prospect of being a real Begum for Jalal than wait for Abul Mali to make her one. It's not difficult for a Begum to hide anything from the Shehanshah because he hardly ever visits them.

Secondly, there was news Ben would be around till March-April. Married or not she will be around for some more time. Also there was news that when Jodha saves Jalal, it remains to be seen whether he takes it in the right way or assumes it to be more of Jodha's jealousy. So even if Jo saves Jalal this week, he will probably not trust her and will think she is just trying to keep him away from Ben through jealousy.

Probably the CVs have run out of ideas for new tracks and are stretching this track till the show ends in March. They will use Ben to keep Jalal and Jo apart and this distance will probably make Jalal and Jo realise how much they mean to each other.

I think ben wl acquits herself before maham saying after acussing on her vishkanya nobody here wl behave with her normally hence she is feeling insecurity here..then this issue maham wl raise in DEK..so, ruq n maham both wl get chance to convince jalal getting marraige with ben..n that u have predicted this proposal won't bring happiness in ben b/c she has already said if now anything happenes with jalal for venom then all conviction wl come toward to her..so,this proposal is rather hindrance for ben..
Can u tell me a crucial battle of mughal saltanath is gonna but mughal emperor is thinking to get his (unknown no) newly married instantly..frm which angle its seemed any sense?

My prediction: My feeling is that now Ben herself will get even more shaky after hearing Jalal's marriage proposal. She would much prefer biting him and running away rather than living with him as a Begum and living in the fear of daily exposure as a vishkanya (especially if Abul Mali should work himself free). It would be difficult for a wife of an Emperor to hide her need for a daily dose of snake poison to survive. Thus being Jalal's wife, however attractive that sounds, would be untenable for Ben. She would therefore try to bite him before the marriage ... when I fully expect Jodha to stoically take the bite and show Jalal how wrong he was to distrust her story! Hope it all happens fast ... like today and tomorrow??? Ganpatiji, I'm bringing a coconut!

Mansi, good post! I have a doubt that Jalal knows about Ben and he is waiting for her to attack him(I'm repeatedly saying this,hope I don't fall flat on my face 😆). He cannot arrest her without any proof and especially when she has proven herself innocent in DEK. This would be a harm to his sense of Justice in front of everyone. I agree in toto with your take on Benazir. Why would she want to get married to Jalal? It was never in her zehen. She needs her daily khurak and after marrying him why would she want to bite him when Maali is in prison and cannot help her in escaping ? She herself said her job is to kill Maali's enemies but that does not mean she should risk her life. This has proven she is no longer loyal to Maali and will definitely want to save her skin before getting exposed. She would be horrified with this idea of marriage and I feel her hesitance in saying yes to nikah will strengthen Jalal's suspicion. An Emperor is no fool, he cannot marry each and every woman in trouble and marriage is not the ultimate solution of any woman's miseries. Though Ruqaiya is instigating him to get married to Ben, he is testing waters with Ben. She will obviously back-off and thus come under everyones suspicion. Jodha's role finishes here and its now Jalal and only Jalal who should be the one who unmask Benazir. She has no support to stay any longer in Agra and survive without her daily dose. Though Jalal's so called spies failed in following her everywhere, I feel he is doubting her since that letter to Ammaji. And about Maham, why should she keep quiet if she comes to know Benazir's secret ? Remember she presented Ben to Jalal and if somehow Jalal finds out VK's truth Maham can be under suspicion too! Only to kick Jodha out of Jalal's life she cannot take the risk of Jalal suspecting her too.

In the Shivani fiasco, Jalal wanted to punish someone for hurting Mirza and ruining the reputation of his family and Sultanate. He couldn't bring himself to punish Jodha. So he put Bharmal in prison but later he had to release him as per Mirza's wish. So far Shivani and Tej haven't been caught, so he can't punish them. And Ruqaiyya is constantly nagging him for not having punished anyone yet. So in his mind, he has started feeling that he hasn't done justice to his brother. That's why he is targetting Jodha more and more for the Shivani fiasco because she is the only one related to Shivani who is at hand to be berated. He is taking out his frustration on her.

This frustration is doubly compounded by his confusion over his feelings for her. He feels drawn to her but his mind perceives this as a weakness. He is using his anger as a shield to keep Jodha away.
