Even Rahim has enough brains to have figured this out by now and Jalal can't and he is the emperor. I don't know whether to laugh or to cry, I have seen stupid before on TV but this is a whole new level of stupid I mean even using the word stupid is not enough. The ONLY WAY for this track to end is for Jalal to have a plan there is no just two ways about it. Nothing can justify his cluelessness here, CVs have dug themselves a hole with so much evidence lying about, it wasn't even that things were done in secret it all happened right in front of his eyes but there is just no way in doesn't know.

I do not understand why he needs to marry her even if no one will marry her thinking she is a VishKanya! She can live in his harem as a concubine. What is the need of marriage here, I am speechless if he is doing all this to just rile up Jodha or to prove it to Ruqaiya that Jodha means nothing to him . If he has planted his spies to keep a watch on Benazir and those 19 baandis then where were they when she was doing that oo laa laa (see how Ekta irritates us with her wild fantasies 😆) after getting bitten by snake ? Aunty somehow motivated me last night but I have given up now after watching this promo 😭.

Why does he have to marry her? He could well have her as a baandhi in his harem, one among his thousands.Why is that Abul Mali's kanees suddenly in tears over not being able to marry? Even if there were no talks of Vishkanya, who will marry her anyway?

Were all these dancers particular about marriage those days? What nautanki is this and Jalal is fool enough to fall for it.

Unless he suspects another jasoos of Abul Mali in the palace, whose information he wishes to worm out of Ben, this announcement makes no sense at all.

Either he must know everything or nothing.

Had we not seen him in action (rather inaction) during the Tasneem track, we can hope that he has some ace up in his sleeve. But after the tasneem track debacle, there is really no hope for such a thing as Jalal having anything akin to brains!😭😭

What else can we do..now...wish them both to have a happy and poisonous married life.

And as someone else has put it on another thread...Mughal saltanat ko jadli uska waaris, snakeu baba mil jaaye.

Come over, my dear, and you can get it pronto. Then we can sit down and weep over the mrigtrishna , though I still have a sliver of hope that it is all a put on and he will pull the rug out from under her feet at the last moment. Hope dies hard even at 60+, you see!

I dont knw but if all remember there was another spoiler that Jalal would knw of Benny baby's sordid secret - I for one am going to give gr8 cometition to Shyamala in the Pretzel corner and will believe that this spoiler too will be shown as being true.

Also if all remember - Hakim told Jalal that he saw Abul Mali conspiring with another person to kill Jalal (where we are shown Mali telling that he has set the project in motion). This person was not identified by Hakim since he could not see the person (so he said) and this person was not Benny baby. Which means there is a 3rd Pardanasheen who has to be benaqaabofied. Lets see what unfolds.

As Loveamine said - This time the creatives better show Jalal having set this entire farce in motion with a decided plan or they will have the collective wrath of all history lovers on their head!!! And no amount of free tel maalishes will be able to save them!!!!

Wasn't there a lab test for vishkanyas those days? There was one to prove not pregnant that gives blue ulti in 4 hrs. Something that gives you red ultis if you are a vishkanya. They could test it on big ben.

On a more serious note, just spoke to Z and they didn't even make soothing noises. They admitted that Jalal before he became Akbar made mistakes, and people in high emotions make impulsive mistakes and then they realise and that it is a love story and the characters will soon realise their feelings for each other. So Jalal is going to come out of it looking dumber than in the Tasneem track.

As I had written in lashy's thread,

This story and characterization would have sounded sensible and quite unarguable if it was Jahangir-Noor Jahan story. That lady was surely Extremely clever when it came to dominate the Mughal court and household. They are not showing any mercy on Akbar's 'The Great' title. If someone who doesn't know Mughal history watches this show, then he/she will surely think that Akbar has got this title in khairat which actually belonged to his Jodha Begum. This Jalal doesn't know even how to protect his life without his wife's help, let alone protect his empire.

Even allowing for the fact that Jalal did not turn Akbar overnite , One must remember that the seeds of greatness always lay within him, the mark of a great man, a clear and shrewd and sharp mind. Jodha should be portrayed as one who emotionally stabilises the turbulent angry young man. Not like this - the cause and means of every single achievement of his

Jodha too has been made to look foolish. The lady who was given the right to issue firmans and the right to manage the haj pilgrims would not be so foolish as to blurt out the truth to the culprits and be a blinkered arrogant person. Jodha has been made to look foolish since the Amer track and Jalal since the Tasneem track. Even in the Tasneem track there was no connect between Jo's advice and the ultimate result. Except for a few brilliant scenes from Rajat and a lesser few from Pari, there is nothing left in the show!😭
