MUZ was almost certainly not Christian. The early Christian missionaries had very high hopes of converting both Akbar and Salim to Christianity. They expressed very strong opinions on almost everything under the sun, so why didn't they say anything about this. They would have been exultant, they would have crowed endlessly about it in their memoirs.
So this picture is fake.
MUZ is almost certainly Hira Kunwari. There are many sources of evidence to support this.

There's something written on the orange ribbon. Can someone translate it?

The name of the person might be written.

Let me clarify this to the extent I know.
MUZ was always HIRA Kunwari aka Jodha Begum. There need not be any doubt about it.

But, according to historians, Akbar did marry a Christian woman named MARIAM. She was either Portuguese or Armenian descent who came to Goa (am not sure) with the Jesuit Fathers as a Christian missionary. She was not a Nun though.

Later historians do clarify that this Mariam and MUZ are often confused, because except English, when you write the names in hindi , Urdu, Avdhi, etc the pronounciation and the way it's written are the same.

So, don't confuse Mariam and MUZ or even Marriam Makhani for that matter. Akbar never stopped marrying after Jodha, he had married a few times afterwards also.

Hope I cleared the doubt. You can also google and find out more.

i can read Persian language & understand well enough too 😃 yes there is a line written in Persian but not much clear i tried to zoom it but still not much clear
the line contains the words Wife Maryam ...(couldn't read the full name not clear) wife of king ...( again the name is not clear)
if you can provide a picture with clear text so it can be read easily 😳 but according to history Maryam Zamani title is given to jodha bai/Harka bai only & this picture lady is wearing a cross she is a christian may be her name is marry (in Islamic way called Maryam) & it is said Akbar married to some christains womens too so may be she is the christain Maryam
& i believe not all but most of the history images on net are distorted 😳
but this pic contain persian lines

Is this a real pic?

The costume looks too modern to be a of 15th century! 🤔
