1. Benny Baby seems to definitely to be the closure for the tiger attack

2. Mirza Hakim may be the closure for the kila gift - how dont know

3. Shivani and Shariffudin most probably would be the closure for Bakshi Bano and Nazariyas / Dristikons and the issue of 'The Night'

Dont ask me how since I am not a part of the writing team but if I were, then I would be using these tracks for closure of the tracks which are festering!!! As I have been lamenting - The main problem is in the telling of the story and in character consistency!!!

Aunty, excellent post..I agree each and every word written abt "shehensha sidelined"..And he don't have any problem with dat..I'm not surprised aunty, nw adays jalal is like "I do whatever u want jodha begum,just order me??"...He is nt at all concerned abt being side lined..I think he is in "jodha heaven".. god knws, when wil he touch earth again?? But rukku, she sensed being sidelined very soon..she complined abt dat too..Atleast she is d same..she can't take ignorance from any, not even from jalal..her every question was valid..where is dat jalal I knw?? dat same questions I wanna ask to our "priya " CVs..but jalal's answer and cold behavoir , actually I was shocked..he was not interested at all talking with rukku..but why??? million dollar question ringing in my ear..Aunty, I'm eagerly waiting for ur take on dat jalal-rkku scenes..luv to read ur views abt dat scene..

Folks, and Tripti in particular,

The episode, young Tripti, was the worst I have seen so far in Jodha Akbar. They used every repetitive filler they could think of:

'1. Mahaam exulting to Adham about how she will use the Shivani elopement to get ride of Jodha from Agra: Part 2 of the one where she was trying to do an Eliza Doolittle in I could have danced all night.
2. Mahaam coaching Benazir on how to become a Begum. An acute case of counting her chickens before they are hatched.
3. Mahaam lecturing Ruqaiya on her folly in not curbing Jodha in time.
4. Ameri lot and wedding preps.Jodha playing fairy godmother to Hakim for tete a tete with Ms. Pudding Face.
5. Javeda-Mahaam comedy act which is, as usual, anything but funny.
6. Ruqaiya-Jalal dust up, which provided the only bit of unintended comedy, with Jalal snarling at her that wohi taap hai, wohi gussa hai, in him, that is. I was rolling with laughter. Poor Ruqaiya was not amused. Jalal, folks, is getting more and more pathetic by the day. Taap, my foot, the damned doormat! The truth is that he is angry with himself, for Ruqaiya's comprehensive catalogue of all his humiliations at the hands of Jodha Begum must have got under his skin, whence the snarling at the one pointing them out to him!!
7. Precap: After a clinch between the kaarigar and Pudding Face right in the middle of the garden, Hakim was getting set to play something, whether the self-sacrificing lover, or a vengeful one,it was not clear from his habitually bland expression.

Well, Adiana, I do not know about tracks closure, but the Mirza Hakim track is going haywire and I do not think it will be able to close even on itself, much less on the Ratanpur Qila.

If he is playing the self-sacrificing lover, why would he fall out with Jalal, which is historically necessary? There would be no blow up, as there would be no elopement, unless Bharmal decides to go in for a spot of honour killing.Jalal would get egg all over his face, true, but Jodha would rave and rant at the kaarigar and so she could hardly be blamed for this fiasco.

Well, after tonight's episode, my head is aching,and the rest of your post is too complicated for my poor nerves, so I shall take myself off to bed.

Well, Sandhya, with these CVs anything goes, but one does not use the word mohabbat for things. Only for people. For the nakkash work, he should have said Aapko yeh bahut pasand hai. It is all bizarre.

But if you are correct in this, my questions to Adiana fall by the wayside, and we can look forward to a nice rumpus.

Well, Tulsidas was a nutcase himself. He was so besotted with his wife, that once, when she had gone to her maika after a long time, he went after her at night. He felt awkward to barge in at that time, so he used what he thought was a rope to climb the outer wall of her maayka. Once he got in and saw it by the lamplight, he was shocked to see that it was a snake.

His wife was not at all pleased with his unseemly obsession with her, and she told him that if he had even half as much preoccupation with the Lord as with her, he would surely attain moksha. That did it. He saw the light and became a sanyasi.

This is probably why the Ramcharitmanas is somewhat misogynistic!

And, after making Tansen and his music a total comedy piece, the CVs( or the housekeepers ) are planning to bring Sant Tulsidaas in the story. Am sincerely hoping they spare the saint.
