CHAPTER 21:
Jodha was unaware of Jalals presence in the Amer palace, she pointed the sword towards the Mughal sodiers who have held the 5 amerians under the sword... jodhas daasis gets scared and will come running towards Jodha...
Mughal soldiers by this time knew its Jodha begum sahiba who is infront of them, they stand still frozen looking for Jalals orders...
Jalal thinks its time to come infront of Jodha who is holding the sword as if to attack...
Jodha upon not finding any counter attack on her is amazed and surprised at one point of time she almost forgot once she was Muhammad jalaluddins begum...
Jalal came out in open and took his sword...
Jodha could not believe her eyes its shehensha who is standing infront of her... she thought of lowering her sword but her ameri pride dint allow her to bow down ...
she had unrushed tears in her eyes... but she controlled...
Jalal could read her eyes, that now she is Amers princess no more his wife he understood that everything has changed past 3 years,..
he ordered the soldiers to take the amer soldiers and put them in prison... and daasis were also taken by them...
Jodha colud not believe her eyes...when Jalal ordered her to lower her sword as it wont be good to raise the sword on him, as she herself know the consequence when she previously did...
Jodha had flash back of the day when she first met him, the hate she had for him on that day...
"Dekho Rajkumari, i have captured your palace, and your father and brother are mughals prisoners"
Jodha on hearing this dropped her sword, tears dropped down from her eyes...the world around her crashed big time again, Jalal has actually runied her life again a peaceful life of her and her world...
She cursed her luck again...
Jalal saw her state but he could not sympathize with her as she was no more his begum she was just a ameri princess to him now...
she fell on the ground without knowing what to do now...
Jalal turned away from her, as he could not face her, since he dint want to see her in that state...
Atgah sahab who was inside the palace came towards Jalal and saw Jodha begum on the ground sobbing...
He could very well understand whats the emotional turmoil Jalal is in...
Argah sahab saw Jodha begum slowly getting up, and he never thought Jodha will take such an extreme step, she picked up the sword and started running towards the exit...
Atgah sahab shouted
"shehensha, Begum sahiba baag rahi hai"
He stopped immediately and saw Jodha missing from that place...
Jalal could not believe Jodha escaped from the place that too under his nose...
he saw towards the exit...and shouted
"Rajkumari rukiye"
The mughal soldiers who were near the exit dint dare to stop her after all she was Jalals begum, nor even Jalal asked them to catch Jodha...
Jalal raised his hands and immediately Atgah sahab stopped following Jodha...
"Atgah sahab, after your work is done, than reach to Agra on time, first i need to take care of Ameri princess"
Jalal shouted and rushed towards the main door and saw Jodha mounting on the horse and escaping...
Jalal to himself
'I cant believe this women, she makes me mad each time i see her"
he too mounted on the horse and followed her on the horse...
Jalals soldier also followed him...But Jalal asked them to guard the palace there is no need to follow him...
Jodha knew this time she cant escape from jalal, as she was scared what he will do with her this time
She was not running because she was scared for her life, she was running away from him as she was his wife and also amers daughter...
Jalal was her enemy and also her suhag, the same person who ruined the Amers pride and happiness...
Jodha could not ride for longer as she knew Jalal will catch her any time and soon she got down from the horse. as she knew the secret way to escape from Jalals eyesight ...
she immediately made horse to run for longer after getting down from it..it was her trick to fool jallal..
she reached kaali mandir and through secret basement tunnel escaped from Amer and reached the safest place...
Jalal followed the horse but found Jodha missing he called out her name but there was no one to respond...
Jalal knew that Jodha has escaped from him...
Jalal to himself
"i till now thought you want to come back to my life and thought better punishment for you is to live a life of a loner without a husband, but today you proved Jalal wrong, now i will make your life hell for the pain you have given me by plotting against me, and today you again dared to escape under my nose and you succeeded Jodha...and i will never let you win, welcome back to hell Rajkumari"
