Acc. To Wikipedia n brittanica encyclopaedia, mirza hakim was step brother of akbar and ruler of Kabul. He often conflicted with akbar. Later in akbar's reign, the maulvis n ulemas tried to revolt against akbar and declared mirza hakim as their emperor but akbar crushed the revolt ruthlessly.
